I can't help but
think that you're
not fond of the dark
but the dark is
a place where
secrets can hide
and the bustling
drone of people
during the day
ceases for a little while.
The darkness is a
warm blanket
in the guise of a
coldness
that one can't shake.
And the daytime
is a place where
nothing is sacred
everything can be seen,
touched by sunlight.
Why would you prefer
that?
