long lost

In the dim-lit room, dark-red wine on hand,
Liquor mixed with blood, a bitter taste of despair.
How deep are your cuts, my dear, the scars unseen,
Sacrificing yourself for a worthless creature, it's unfair.

A possessed mind, a possessed body, lost in this haze,
You seem like a ghost haunting your own existence.
Your once radiant soul, now shadowed in gloom,
A haunting echo of the person you once were, in the distance.

Satisfaction once sought with temperance in control,
Now lost, drowned in the abyss of reckless desires.
Meaningless sacrifice, seduced by the allure of evil,
Lost all your innocence, a soul consumed by fires.

You were once secured by angels' gentle embrace,
But you strayed too far, lost in the depths of the night.
Everything you had, your hopes and dreams, shattered,
Gone by the end of a Thursday night, an irrevocable blight.

In this desolate realm, you will never be found, my love,
Lost in the shadows, a distant memory in the haze.
Everything you had is now lost, a mournful lament,
All that you wished for, just a fleeting dream, ablaze.

Farewell to the person you once were, now departed,
A soul adrift, a heart shattered, heavy-hearted.
Disappointed and sad, we mourn the loss of you,
Hoping someday, somehow, you'll find your way anew.
