And there he stood in all his glory, Loki, the god of mischief. My eyes widened a little when I saw his transformation. I examined his appearance. He was probably 6'3 or taller. His eyes, emerald green, stared intensely, scrutinizing my reaction a tad intimidating if you ask me.
"Are you done staring?" He said, shattering the silence.
I blinked. "Where Steve?" I repeated more threateningly. This wasn't how our first meeting was supposed to go.
He chuckled. "Worried about your lover? " he inquired mockingly "Do not worry he is safe.. for now," He added, strolling towards me
What? he thinks Steve is my boyfriend. Oh... that's why he cupped my face. What an idiot, I thought.
"Now to more serious matters. ," His posture turned more rigid. "Who are you? And what are you and him doing here?" he said demandingly.
"First, Steve, it's not my boyfriend," I said, scrunching my nose
He rolled his eyes
I glared. "Second, it's a long story," I sighed. "Look, Loki, ill tell you if you bring me to where is Steve," I bargained
"You are in no condition to do demands," he said
I glared. "What? are you scared of me running away looking for the rest of the Avengers? "I said sarcastically
"Are the rest here? " he said, annoyed
"Maybe..."
He groaned
"And...even if I tried to escape, which I won't, you are stronger than me. I'll be at a disadvantage," I reasoned
He studied my words for a second, then nodded
"Try something girl and ill kill you"
I rolled my eyes, unimpressed
He narrowed his eyes. "Very well," he said, "Come with me"
He transformed himself again into Odin. I arched an eyebrow. He looked at me, confused. I pointed at himself He furrowed his eyebrows then understood what I meant and rolled his eyes
"Nobody knows I'm alive. They can't see me" he explained
"Oh, no I know I just thought it was funny," I said
he shook his head
"You never told me your name," he said while we walked to the place he had Steve in
"I'm y/n-, you never told me yours either," I said matter of factly
He smirked. "Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like you already knew my name"
