The suddenly 4 member party heads off in search of the scrolls once more. However, Kirbeus becomes fixated on something that would change the group forever...an ancient weapon thought to have been destroyed....

The Episode BeginsJust on the outskirts of Du-Son

The group continues onward out of Du-Son. Tyler is noticeably absent.

Lillith: Why did Tyler storm off like that?

On the screen shows an image of Tyler running away angrily from the group with Kirbeus and Lillith reaching out for him while Avanjoline holds them back.

Avanjoline: I think it's for reasons I can't explain. We normally fall out, but it was never this bad.

Kirbeus: Shame he didn't listen to both of us.

Avanjoline: Well, at least he would not piss me off anymore.

Valt: Let's continue our search for those scrolls for now. He's probably just frustrated. I'm sure he'll return soon.

Kirbeus and Lillith: Agreed!

Avanjoline: Hope that's not the case.

Kirbeus: Hey! Stop being such a grouch!

Avanjoline rolled his eyes.

The kirby looked around their surroundings and saw a group of people digging at the ground.

Kirbeus: Hey, what's that over there?

Avanjoline: Oh, it's just the local Paleontologists digging for fossils.

Kirbeus: Looks interesting. I'm gonna try too!

Kirbeus took out some Copy Essence and used Animal, about to start digging.

Avanjoline: I'd recommend against digging.

Valt: Yeah, it will impede our quest.

Kirbeus growled.

Kirbeus: No, I want to dig, leave me alone!

The kirby started digging at the ground, ignoring the others.

Lillith: I don't think Kirby is gonna listen to us anymore.

Avanjoline: I've never seen him that fierce before...

Valt: Yeah. Let's just wait for him. We'll set up camp nearby.

Some time later

Kirbeus: I'm back!

The kirby grinned, walking into the groups' tent, a bunch of fossils in hand.

Valt: Glad you didn't abandon us.

Valt felt... drawn to one of the fossils, a weird sensation he'd never felt before.

He slowly reached towards the fossil and took it.

Valt: Uh, mind if I borrowed this?

Surprisingly, Lillith and Avanjoline, too, took a fossil.

Avanjoline: Um... Yeah. It looks very... Interesting.

Avanjoline started examining the fossil as if it were the most valuable thing in the world.

Lillith: Very... Very interesting.
