My Dearest Lunatic

Dearest Diamond, always hidden,

Humans aren't that I hate,

Though cruelty is their fate.

Rather I disgust only me,

For I'm never what I aspire to be.

I am mad,

My brain riddled and sad.

I'm anxiety,

My mind a home to D.I.D.

My panic is abnormally obtuse,

My mentality, a screw loose.

I may switch and say something I do not wish to pray.

Of course, you wonder, what's amiss?

The fact is, I'm a masochist.

Honesty, what you value so,

Is a gem I price unfairly low.

Love, your friend, your archenemy,

Love, Coal, that no one wants to be.
