Dark Imagination

I see visions of silence
In the corners of my eyes
Walking amongst shadows
Of the weary and their cries

Inside I hold my darkness
So none can see my fate
An hour strikes too early
But to save I am too late

My dark imagination
Gives me clarity in the night
But at day the light is blinding
Fragmenting my broken sight

I cannot save I cannot win
Nor can I defeat
I see the darkness in the hearts
Of everyone I meet

And now I too am detached and cold
I live among their lies
I am the unknown border
What's living and what dies
