Chapter 22

*SAMON POV*

My alarm clock started to go off I didn't wanna get up but today was Enki's trial so I have to get up and get ready I got in the shower and then got dress I looked at the two pictures on my wall again "I miss you" as I open my door I yawned and closed it behind me "will good morning sleepyhead" I froze right then and there did I just hear her voice I look to my left and no one was there I then look to my right and there she was she was back in her guard uniform and she was smiling at me "it's been a while hasn't it" I couldn't speak I grabbed her wrist immediately pulled her in a tightest hug I didn't want to let go of her not again

*YOUR POV*

I could tell that Samon it's not gonna let go anytime soon but neither am I we stood there for at least three minutes until I finally pulled away "let's go today is Enki's trial right" he gave me a nod and we start walking and as we enter the living room I saw my three 'brothers' with they're back turn to us "I know I was gone for a while but geez do you have to giving me the silent treatment" they immediately turned around as them hearing my voice Kokoriki and Rokuriki immediately rushed and tackled me into a hug "sis" I just hug them back I didn't want to let go of them Youriki came and sat behind me and put his arms around me to give me a hug Samon sat next to me and he lean his head on me none of us wanted to get split up again
"well I see you're back darling" I turn my head to the right and saw Kiji "yeah I'm glad I'm back" I saw Kenshirou walk over to us as well "how's your friend doing" I just smiled "he's fine he's awake and walking again he woke up yesterday" I could tell that they found something "do you know darling you look so good with long hair" my eyes widened I forgot I put that picture in the files "can I ask where the picture is now" I want to get it back but I saw Samon rubbing the back of his neck "I have it in my room" I felt my cheeks go a little bit red "that's right darling the monkey didn't want anyone else taking it" I could tell Samon Got mad at the monkey comment but he was too embarrassed to say anything "it's fine I don't mind" I got up and helped everyone else up and we started walking to the door I still have this one piece of evidence that will prove his innocence but no one else knows of it it's just for emergencies

*AT THE TRIAL*

When we walked in we saw Enki just sitting there and a judge we sat down none of the inmates were here it was only guard's I sat next Samon we sat in the front we are going to be defending Enki The warden sat next to the judge it was really up to me and Samon to convince everyone "order in the court" everyone stop chatting when the judge spoke up "today we are here to approve or deny Enki's innocence" I could tell that Samon was nervous I grabbed his hand and I held it "we already know what happened that day but we still have people here that believe he's innocent miss (l/n) and mr. Gokuu Will try to prove his innocence" I knew the evidence that we have is fell proof but part of me didn't believe it "The defendants can speak" Samon let go of me and stood up "thank you you're honor we would like to prove my brothers Innocence we don't believe he did it not on his own anyways we have a reason to believe he might've been controlled" I heard loud gasping and some mumbles I stood up "your honor I have seen personally someone being controlled we have the evidence that we think Enki was being controlled as" Samon sat back down as I stood "please proceed" I went in the middle of the quart room "well your honor I want to bring a witness up to the stands" he gave me the ok "Youriki can you come up please" he came up and sat in the stands "on the day that Enki kill that inmate did he seem to be off like his behavior" he's sat there thinking about it "yes he did he wasn't acting like his normal self" I started to smile "and I know for a fact my recess that the person that could have controlled Enki he wouldn't act the same they would act like a totally different person" this went on for a while me asking questions about that day Samon could clarify that Enki wasn't himself earlier that day as well everyone believing us
"this is good evidence but how do I know it's possible that someone can control others" I didn't think that through and I saw Samon shift in his seat "you two make a good point but I need evidence that it is possible for somebody to control another because we didn't see any talismans on Enki that day" he was right Enki said it was like a talisman but it wasn't until I remember that other piece of evidence I ran to my bag and unzipped it and open it I pulled out the file in inside was a tape "I believe this video will prove what we're saying" Samon looked at me and then looked at the tape so did Enki and everybody else "and what's on the tape" I walked over to the projector and put the disc in "because on this tape is a day I don't like to talk about but it will prove everything what me and Samon are saying" I pull the project down and turned it on I sat back down next to Samon and grabbed his hand I know what's on this tape but it's going to hurt "are you ok" I turned to look Samon in the eyes "not really I don't like what happened that day but it's what we need to prove his innocence so I'll suck it up"
