If that girl Ella De Luca was truly the daughter of one of the De Luca brothers then there would be problems

Everything was a mess

Alexander looking for information knowing it might kill his men in the process

Anthony and Aurora having more metal breakdowns by the day

They are just hurting themselves but they can't see that

"Alexander where are Anthony and Aurora?" Said a voice ringing through the room

As he lifted his head from the desk he answered his mother

"Anthony had another mental breakdown so that probably means Aurora also had one trying to comfort him" He replied

"You children need to see a doctor" Valentina said

"What do you mean?" Alex asked his mother

"One of you guys need a kidney transplant but they didn't send a specific name" She told her son

This is bad

If Aurora or Anthony need a kidney transplant they'll need to find someone that is compatible and that would be a problem

"Come on we have to go to the hospital" She told him before walking out

Victoria went to look for the other kids and she found them sleeping

She didn't want to wake the up but she had to

"Anthony, Rory wake up" She said in a soft voice

They started to wake up a little bit

"Hey we need to go to the hospital" Victoria told them

That woke them up real fast

"Why? Is Alex hurt?" Aurora asked in panic

Victoria knew if she said anything about the transplant it could cause panic so she went the safe way

"No no he's not hurt" She told them "We just need to go in for a check up"

The kids nodded and she left the room

As they got ready she and Alex waited in the car for them and after 15 minutes they were finally in the car

As they drove off Aurora asked a question

"Why exactly do we need a check up?"

Know she was screwed what was she going to say?

Victoria came to the conclusion to tell them the truth

"Sweethearts we got a letter from the doctor saying one of you needed a kidney transplant" She informed Aurora and Anthony

"They didn't say which one of you. So... we are going to check right now"

"But but... if me or Anthony need it we're probably" She said before panicking even more "Need to contact them"

"Hey hey calm down" Alex told Aurora as he and Anthony both tried to calm her down

After a couple of more minutes they were at the hospital

"Doctor Rosalie we came to see who was the one who need the transplant" Victoria informed the doctor

"Oh yes one of the new nurses made a mistake" She said "On the letter it didn't say who needed it but give me a minute to look for the paperwork"

Victoria nodded before going to sit down with the children

"So who is it?" Aurora asked having a slight panic attack

"We have to wait. She needs to get the paperwork to see who needs it" She told Aurora

"Hey it's alright if it's you or Anthony we will find a way" Victoria said trying to comfort her

It calmed her down a little

Aurora Anthony and Alexander started talking as they waited for time to pass

After a couple of minutes The doctor came back with a piece of paper in her hands

I was nervous and so were the others

"Ok so I reviewed the papers and" She started to say "It's Aurora De Luca who needs the transplant"

I stood there in shock I froze

"I'll leave you guys" Doctor Rosalie said "If you need anything feel free to ask"

Then she walked away

I was still frozen in place they all just hugged me and that made me start crying in there arms

"I- I don't want-y to talk to them" I managed to say

"Hey we'll find a way" Mom manages to say before she hugged be even more
