The dawn of day,
it was a beautiful time.
Not quite night,
but the moment before sunshine.
Sitting in the gazebo,
bathing in its heat.
Surrounded by summer's roses,
drinking tea complimented with sweets.
Cakes, cookies, and pastries,
so tempted was I.
But settled for the strawberries near,
and turn adoringly on the brightening sky.
I retired for now the aurora has past,
see you again little gazebo this visit is not my last.
