Definition: the user manipulated thier target. Whatever the user says while activating this quirk will control on what they think. For example if they tell the person they are to weak to fight, the person would mentally and physically feel unable to fight or feel very weak and tired even if they haven't done anything. This quirk is mostly transcribed in the eyes. The eyes would turn yellow activating the quirk making it hard for people to look away. This quirk is a very mental powered thing so the user may be pretty weak in physical strength
Drawback: the only way for the quirk to work is if the target looks into the users eyes and can hear them clearly
Weakness: anything blocking vision and/or sound
