Definition: this quirk allows the user to see their targets next move. The user can also see details of a scene by only using minor evidence. When the user finds evidence for a crime scene they can then see what actually happened like if it was a movie. The quirk also allows the user to see possible future moves a target might make, making it easier for the target to stop them.
Drawback: you need some evidence to play back a scenario.
