Definition: the user can spray soda out of their palms. The stream is like a fire hose and it can push the target back/up. The user can also curate bubbles of soda that only the user can hold with-ought popping. If the bubble gets popes it will spray a sticky residue on the target. The residue can stick the target to anything the target touches. That includes people. The residue will not effect the user. The bubbles can also stay on walls or floors and if the target steps on them they will be stuck. Only the user can separate the target from whatever their stuck too
Drawback: the user has to drink soda for the quirk to work. The user needs to drink allot of soda to use the spray.
