She kept the file inside his car and dragged him inside.

Shivaay congratulated the newlyweds and they posed together for a picture. Annika stood with her arm still locked with Shivaay's, with Sanket on her other side. The photographer showed them the picture on his camera.

S: You both look nice together, you can cut me out of it later

Annika looked into his eyes, smiled, and spoke with absolute sincerity

A: I could never cut you out

Neil came and took Annika along with him to the dance floor. The DJ played a romantic song (Enna sona kyu rab ne banaya) for the couples to dance together. Chanda-Rohit, Neil-Sneha took the center stage.

Shivaay walked over to Annika

S: Can I have one dance with you?

Annika smiled at him and placed her hand in his. They joined the other couples. Shivaay's hands rested on her waist while her hands held onto his shoulders. Shivaay felt the song resonated with his feelings.

S: Has anyone told you yet, you look gorgeous today

Annika blushed and she hugged him, they danced like that until the song ended.

The crowd broke into applause, bringing Shivaay back to reality. It was all his imagination. There she stood, with Sanket's arm around her. She had been dancing with Sanket this whole time. This realization struck Shivaay hard, he felt his heart shatter into pieces. He walked out.
