A new day :

First period has just started . The teacher notices very few students are present today. She asks everyone sitting behind to come forward. " Sidharth come and sit beside Shehnaaz " , she says. Sidharth obeys her. This is because both Roohi and Kush are absent.

First 2 periods they dont talk to each other. In the third period, Maths Sir asks the students to take out their graph papers, but Shehnaaz has forgotten to bring it. She is hesitating to ask Sidharth but finally asks him in a low tone ,            " Extra graph paper hai tumhare paas? "

Sidharth - " Wait a minute "

He takes out another graph paper and gives it to her.

Shehnaaz - " Thank you "

Sidharth - " Welcome "

After the period gets over, its moral education clas which is mostly a free period.

Sidharth casually asks Shehnaaz - " Kitna syllabus cover kita abh tak ? "

Shehnaaz - " Half done. Aur tum? "

Sidharth - " Almost complete "

Shehnaaz gives him a bitchy look.

Sidharth - " Why are you staring at me like this? "

Shehnaaz - " Kuch nhi, tumhare liye toh easy hi hoga na u are principal's son, teachers khud gharpe aake tumhe extra tuitions dete hoge "

Sidharth - " Tum apne aap ko boht smart samajhti ho na ? "

Shehnaaz - " Excuse me? "

Sidharth - " Mein aaj top pe hoon not bcs of my mom is a principal, bcs I am a meritorious student. Yeh baat baat pe tum mere mom ko kyu bich mein lati hoon? "

Shehnaaz tries to cover up, " Mera kehne ka woh matlab nhi tha "

Sidharth - " Mujhe achhese pata hai tumhara kya matlab tha. "

Shehnaaz - " Mein kuch bhi hoon, tum yoh rahoge gadhe no 1 hi. Bhul gye usdin kya stupid harkat kita tha tumne mere sath? "

Sidharth - " Oooo hello then I said sory also. "

Shehnaaz - " Haww kisike murder krne ke baad I am sorry bol doge toh chalega? "

Sidharth - " Mujhe beithna hi nhi hai tumhare sath. I am going bye "

Sidharth is about to leave, when Shehnaaz holds hus hand and says
" Nooo "

Sidharth - " Why? "

Shehnaaz - " Tum bhi kya mumma's boy ho itni chhoti si baat pe gussa ho gye "

Sidharth - " Mumma's boy? Leave my hand! "

Shehnaaz - " Slip of tongue hehe..... Abh beith bhi jao nhi toh teacher ko pata chala toh gussa kregi "

Sidharth sits down.

Then the tiffin break begins.

Shehnaaz realises that she has forgotten to keep her lunch box in her bag in the morning. " Shit abh mein bhukhi rahugi kya ! "

Sidharth offers her food, " Aloo paratha khaogi? "

Shehnaaz eats it and says " Yummy! "

Sidharth smiles and says " Pata hai yeh meri fav dish hai. Mein kisike sath bhi share nhi krta "

Shehnaaz - " Fir mere sath kyu kiya? "

Sidharth doesnt have any answer... He is thinking what to says just then the bell rings and tiffin break gets over..

Shehnaaz - " Aaj thoda chhota nhi tha lunch break! "

Sidharth - " Aaj hall assembly hoga na isliye "

All the students go to the assembly hall and stand in a lines according to their classes.

At first everyone recite prayers, then the principal starts with her speech.

" We all have gathered here to felicitate the gems of our school who have shown excellent academic performance in their 10th and 12th standards. "

Principal calls out all the isc and icse toppers on the stage and gives them a medal and certificate of merit.

When its the turn of icse toppers, both Sidharth and Shehnaaz decides to go first to take the medal, but then Sidharth backs off, " First you go " , he says. Shehnaaz goes furst and takes her medal and certificate. She also touches Principal's feet and takes her blessings. When she comes back to her class, she says Sidharth " Tum bilkul competitive nhi ho "

Sidharth - " Aisa nhi hai ki I am not competitive, but har jagah competition krna zaroori nhi hota, kabhi kabhi dimag ke jagah dil ka bhi use krna hota hai "

Shehnaaz - " Matlab? "

Sidharth - " Tumhare jagah koi aur ladki bhi hoti toh bhi mein usko pehle jane dete. I am a gentleman you know "

But its not true, he is lying. In his heart he has started growing a sof corner for Shehnaaz.
