The second part covers (practically) all unique skills mentioned from the 6th to the 12th volumes. All unique skills here are sorted based on their first mentions in the LN.

It should be noted that this list has been made so that the skills' status catches up with the newest volume of LN i.e. the 19th volume. So, brace yourself for many potential SPOILERS.

Other Names  : Scammer, Deceiving One, One who Deceives (from furigana)
Owner                : Laplace (assumedly killed by Jahil)
Effect                 : It is able to interfere with an opponent's perceptions, helping the user to launch illusionary attacks.

Furigana             : クワダテルモノ
Other Names   : Planner, Planning One, One who Plans (from furigana) 
Owner                 : Kagali
Effect                  : The user is able to make calculation, even when they are only in the form of a soul alone. No further explanation is found.

Kanji                      : 天邪鬼
Furigana              : ウラガエルモノ
Other Names    : Amanojaku (kanji's literal meaning), Reversing One, One who Reverses (from furigana)
Owner                  : Beretta (formerly, evolved into Ultimate Skill [Deux Ex Machina, Lord of Machine Gods])
Effect                   : It allows the user to obtain two diametrically opposed essences at once. For Beretta's case, they are the demonic and angelic aspects.

Furigana               : アヤツルモノ
Other Names     : Manipulator, Manipulating One, One who Manipulates (from furigana)
Owner                   : Clayman (formerly, absorbed by Rimuru and instantly dismantled)
Effects                   :

➢ It allows the user to use their subordinates as their eyes and ears to gather intelligence.
