Today and yesterday i binged. I bought a lot of sweets and junk food. Right now it's 21:54 and i feel sick. Now i think to myself that i won't binge tomorrow but i also know that tomorrow the only thing i will want is to do binge and i will say to myself "just tomorrow" and "i will just eat the food i bought today". And then i will buy food again tomorrow and so on. But I will try not to binge tomorrow and i will keep you guys updated.
