 The girls were clearly not convinced, which prompted Reinhard to look at Subaru, who only winked in response to his gaze

"...I See, so that's how you're playing it huh" He murmured to himself "That's right. On my honor as a knight, I'll be sure to make these negotiations go smoothly, you have my word"

His reassuring along with his honest eyes seemed to shine a light in this black darkness

Felt still felt stiff, but her worries were a bit eased somewhat

After all, The knights of Lugnica are people who value their pride and honor above all else, If a knight makes a vow in front of them then It won't be wrong to assume that he'll go through it no matter what

 "And there you have it, yeah? Are we ready to make the deal? It's getting really dark already so I'd like  to wrap this up  already please" 

"Tch fine" After putting down her weapon, Rom reluctantly followed as well

Seeing this, Subaru couldn't help but smile

'All the pieces are in place huh?'

"Alright! This is how it's gonna go, Your Employer here is gonna give you the coins that she promised, you give the Insignia to her, and we'll take it from here. Real and simple yeah?"

"...It almost seems too easy..."

"Oh come on, don't be so on guard. You should just learn to take the easy paths in life yeah?"

 "Tch, Whatever" Felt turned to Elsa and showed the Insignia that was glowing a faint crimson color

"...That's-!" Reinhard's expression slightly changed, and Subaru quickly took notice of this

"What's wrong?" He whispered

"...No, it's nothing. I just thought I noticed something off about that girl"

"Off?... How?"

"I can't really tell at this point. Subaru, what was the name of that girl again?"

Faced with Reinhard's serious expression, Subaru couldn't help but reply honestly

"It was Felt, and as for her last name I don't really know about it..."

"I see...It seems that I have to confirm it later"

Subaru was worried that this sudden Irregularity might put a foil in his plans. He didn't like to put it this way, but Reinhard is an extremely useful tool that currently stood as the pillar of this entire operation

The moment he woke up from this loop, Subaru first thought to use some of the knights as their guards, but after seeing Reinhard's strength live up to his title, then he was confident that he was more than enough to defend them from the dangers of Elsa.

So if he's deviating from his plans, then Subaru thought that it would cause a  lot of trouble...And possibly even another loop

But before Subaru could ask Reinhard about it, he turned to him with a smile and said

"Don't worry, I agreed to help you with this for now. So that will have to wait later"

"I see...Thank you for that by the way, Reinhard" Subaru said with a pained smile as he sighed and turned at the transaction between felt and Elsa

After Elsa received the Insignia in her hands, she showed It to the group. Reinhard turned to Emilia, who confirmed with her gaze that it was indeed the real thing

"So I don't have to do anything else, right? Can I leave?" Felt tried to stay calm and composed, but it was obvious to everyone that she was still quite on guard
