This isn't related to the tale but I would like to share a few random points. If you want to skip it, you may do it.

Actually, Lord Shiva is very dear to Krishna. So if anyone wants the devotion of Hari, he or she must pray to Lord Shiva.

Also, Lord Shiva is also known as Gopeshwara mahadeva. Anyone who wants to enter Goloka Vrindavan must have His signature. He is the guard of Vrindavan! That's why even devotees of Krishna take blessings from Lord Shiva.

You may search in YouTube for the Gopeshwara pastime.

Also, He is a great poet! He has composed Radha Kripa Kataksh stotram and in His form of Shankaracharya, He has also composed Krishna Kripa Kataksh Stotram.

Not just that, He has also promised that one who recites them is sure to get love for Krishna.

What do pure devotees desire further?

Also, there are innumerable references of Lord Shiva glorifying the name of Ram. He has also declared that He meditates and worships on Krishna.

Also, He has stated that out of worship of demigods, worship of Narayan is best.

Why is the neck of Lord Shiva blue?

Well, the external reason for this is the poison.

But, the internal reason is that He always chants the names of Krishna. Krishna is bluish black in color, hence, His throat has also become bluish black.

A VERSE FROM SHRIMAD BHAGAVATAM:

ŚB 4.2.2

कस्तं चराचरगुरुं निर्वैरं शान्तविग्रहम् ।
आत्मारामं कथं द्वेष्टि जगतो दैवतं महत् ॥ २ ॥

kas taṁ carācara-guruṁ
nirvairaṁ śānta-vigraham
ātmārāmaṁ kathaṁ dveṣṭi
jagato daivataṁ mahat

Translation

Lord Śiva, the spiritual master of the entire world, is free from enmity, is a peaceful personality, and is always satisfied in himself. He is the greatest among the demigods. How is it possible that Dakṣa could be inimical towards such an auspicious personality?

Purport

Lord Śiva is described here as carācara-guru, the spiritual master of all animate and inanimate objects. He is sometimes known as Bhūtanātha, which means "the worshipable deity of the dull-headed." Bhūta is also sometimes taken to indicate the ghosts. Lord Śiva takes charge of reforming persons who are ghosts and demons, not to speak of others, who are godly; therefore he is the spiritual master of everyone, both the dull and demoniac and the highly learned Vaiṣṇavas. It is also stated, vaiṣṇavānāṁ yathā śambhuḥ: Śambhu, Lord Śiva, is the greatest of all Vaiṣṇavas. On one hand he is the worshipable object of the dull demons, and on the other he is the best of all Vaiṣṇavas, or devotees, and he has a sampradāya called the Rudra sampradāya. Even if he is an enemy or is sometimes angry, such a personality cannot be the object of envy.

------------------------------------------------------

Many Shaivites chant "Om namah shivaya" to please Lord Shiva. But, the Vaishnavas do something completely different.

On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, they go to Gopeshwara Mahadev's temple and chant Hare Krishna Mahamantra instead (Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare/ Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare).

Also, many recite Ramayana in front of Lord Shiva. This is how Vaishnavas worship Lord Shiva.

There are many aspects of Lord Shiva from a Vaishnava perspective which I cannot cover in the wattpad. Glories of Lord Shiva is unlimited!

This was a minute amount of facts regarding Lord Shiva
