Nat's pov
Tonight there's the freshman's party, and I confess I didn't really want to go, but my best friends are not letting me stay, so my mood isn't the best today.
Anyways, I got ready and headed to my first lesson, although we have the party today we still have class until a certain period. I noticed I don't have professor Avery's lecture, too bad...I mean I liked her lessons, but I heard the professors are also coming to the party and i'm very nervous, I'm not sure about what though.
However time seem to fly and somehow it's 5 pm and we're back to our dorms.
"BITCHES YOU'RE FUCKING LATE" Carol yells as we arrived
"Chill carol, we got stuck in the traffic" i say.
"Whatever, you have to get ready"
"But it's only 5 pm"
"What do you mean ONLY? you're late, hurry up".
I roll my eyes going to choose an outfit from my closet. After I found something I went to shower.
"I'm ready" I say to Wanda.
"WHAT THE HELL NAT???" Wanda shouts as I come out of the bathroom.
"First of all, why are you yelling, second of all, what's wrong?"
"This" she says pointing to my outfit "it's not okay"
"Why not? I love sweatshirts they're comfy"
"We're going to THE party, not to my grandma's house. Go change into a dress or something more appropriate"
"Ugh fine"
I take one of the only dresses I have, it's not that much, it's just a simple black tight dress, at least it's comfy.
"Is this good for you miss iknowhowtodressforaparty?" I say to Wanda as I got out.
"OH. MY. GOD. IS NAT WEARING A DRESS?" Carol yells excited.
"You look great Nat you should wear dresses more often" Wanda states.
"Yeah, whatever, let's go before i change my mind"
We call an uber and after a ten minutes ride, we arrive at the party.
Loud music, a bunch of people dancing and laughing, you could also smell the alcohol.
"Let's danceee" Carol shouts and Wanda follows her.
"Nope thanks, I'll pass" fortunately they don't argue with that so I make my way to the kitchen to grab some food.
When I arrive there I see someone familiar, but they had their back turned, and the colored led lights didn't help, so I wasn't sure.
When they turned I froze.
