City Of Lies

In a city of lies, no one is to be trusted;

The streets are paved with guilt,

And the buildings are built with pain,

In a city of lies, nothing you see is true,

See no evil, hear no evil;

No one interferes,

They just lie, like it's all they can do,

Like they were taught from birth,

And they can't do anything else,

In a city of lies, the citizens steal,

They brag, and hate,

They fight, kick, yell, scream,

But why?

Because they are envious of the city of truth,

The city where most live happily,

And those who don't, they get help,

But in a city of lies,

They only know one thing...

They only know how to lie.
