SPECIAL CHAPTER 2
I woke up early because its a very special day. Weeks had passed since the reunion of eagles. And all I can say is I missed them all, a lot. Pero nagtaka ako ng makapa ko na wala na si Den sa tabi ko, where is she?
“Good morning momsie”
My gaze went to the door of our room and I saw my little angel smiling at me. She ran at the bed and hugged me “Good morning baby. Did you take your breakfast already?”
“Yes momsie, mommy prepared vegies for me and also for you.” She sighed and looked down “But I think she’s sick”
“What? Where is she now baby?”
She looked at me “She still went to the hospital”
May sakit siya pero nagtrabaho pa rin? Tapos nakalimutan niya ba kung ano ang meron sa araw na to? I carried Mich on my lap
“Dont worry about mommy baby, she’s strong”
“But momsie she looks pale earlier. And she said her head hurts so much”
I smiled at her “Okay, Ill call mommy okay?”
She nodded and she get off my lap. I grabbed my phone and dialed Denden’s number. Its just ringing, she didnt take my calls. Baka kung ano na ang nangyari dun. I called the hospital number and after some rings they answered
[Hello?]
Hi, this is Alyssa Valdez. May you pass the phone to your Boss?
[Ma’am, Doc.Valdez is in emergency room right now]
What?! What happened?
[She collapsed earlier while having a check up with her patients. You better go here Ma’am]
Okay okay, Ill go
I hung up the phone and went straight to our walk in closet
“Momsie what happened?”
I changed my clothes as fast as I can “I need to go to your mommy baby, Ill drive you to your Tita Fille muna ha?”
“Momsie I want to go with you”
I looked at her and kneel “Baby, you’re not allowed in that place. You might get some disease, dont worry. We’ll go home immediately okay?”
She nodded and i took my purses and locked the house. Hinatid ko siya kayna Fille and good thing hinid nagtantrums ngayon si Mich
“Fille dito muna siya ha? I have to go to the hospital”
Natataranta na ako, bat kasi sa emergency room talaga? “Ly, calm down. Mamaya mabunggo ka sa pagmamaneho, let Gretta come with you”
I nodded at si Gretch na ang nag-drive
“Wala na bang mas ibibilis pa jan Gretch?”
She shook his head “Ly, umayos ka nga. Pati ako natataranta sayo eh, mamaya mabangga pa tayo. Just calm down okay?”
Hindi ko na siya pinansin. Ano ba talaga ang nangyari kay Den? Hindi naman kai maganda ang pakiramdam niya pumasok pa, napaka workaholic talaga nun. Di bale na kung nakalimutn niya kung ano ang meron ngayon basta maging okay lang siya
“We’re here”
When I heard those words I went hurriedly out of the car and went inside of the hospital
“Asan na si Dennise?”
Tinuro niya ang emergency room “Anjan po Ma’am”
Tumakbo ako sa pinto ng emergency room at sinilip siya kung ano ang ginagawa sa kaniya doon. Nakita kong inooperahan kaya napatakip ako sa bibig ko, hinarang ko yung papasok na nurse
