Welcome to my second piece!
This is a little different, for starters it doesn't take place in the MCU, and we're dealing with younger characters.
On that note - there will be underage drinking (I'm from the U.K. and drinking at parties / home at 16/ 17 is normal here so I decided to roll with it).
About the story
Ella Rogers is Steve's twin sister. This story picks up at the start of their junior year of high school and follows them until college. Bucky is the new guy at school, and becomes friends with Ella, Steve, Sam, Nat and Wanda.
For the purposes of the story they are all the same age, and birthdays have been changed to fit the storyline.
I kind of picture this taking place somewhere in Massachusetts but never really disclose exactly where, seemed easier than researching towns/cities to make it more realistic, but yeah in my head that's how I picture it.
