He didn't wasted any more time and started putting out his textbooks to start reading again.

Dismissal had passed and the two still weren't talking. Jaehyuk doesn't know how to talk with him anymore without getting pushed away.

He saw the japanese started to walk out of their classroom without even realizing so he immediately fixed his things before following him.

He decided to walk him home. Well, he'll just walk with him without him realizing, it was more better and also to keep him safe.

Asahi was quietly walking on the way home with earphones on his ears, making sure that he only hears nothing but the music trying to relax and unwind for a while.

"Hey hyung!" Jaehyuk quickly panicked as he heard a loud voice and someone placed his arms on his shoulders.

"Stop yelling! He might hear you!" Jaehyuk commanded with a hint of panic on his voice.

"What are you doing? This isn't the way to your house" he just remained silent and looked straight to the japanese who was still walking a few meters away from him.

Jeongwoo also followed where the older was looking and I think he finally got it the moment he recognized the person was looking into.

"Hyung, let me ask you a question"

"What?"

"Do you perhaps like Asahi hyung?" the older seemed to be moved from Jeongwoo's question.

He had never thought of it, like seriously.

"What? No I mean I can't" he answered as he avoided Jeongwoo's eyes, trying not get hurt remembering what his mono told him on the waiting shed.

"But you do?" Jeongwoo playfully asked again while wiggling his brows up and down and poking the older's left side.

"Who wouldn't like him" he answered with a cute pout on his lips.

Jeongwoo knew it, he and Haruto was having a hunch about it but obviously the japanese was oblivious and he doesn't know it.

"I understand. Besides I just watched a documentary about Monos and Probes last night. They said Monos and Probes can be you know, soulmates. So there's clearly a 99.9% that you'll fall for them"

"But in my case, that'll not happened between us"

"Why?"

For some reasons, it pains him to talk about it.

"I don't know. Maybe because he can't accept that I'm his probe and he still couldn't do anything about it"

Jeongwoo was a little sad that this bright and happy virus person right here was feeling all blue about his mono. But still, he could understand both side.

"Maybe he just feels new about having his probe right now. You know, monos are the loneliest persons in the world. Maybe everything feels new to him"

"That's why I don't want to give up on him. He needs me right?"

Jeongwoo showed him a reassuring smile.

"Of course! It maybe looked like he doesn't but I'm sure he indeed needs you"

"Right but uhm, can I ask you something this time?"

"Sure thing! What is it?"

He tried clearing his throat but still not returning the glance to Jeongwoo when he finally asked him.

"Uhh, do you perhaps have his number or something?"

"Uhm, yeah. I saved his number last night when he answered the form. Do you want to have it?"

Of course he would love to.

"Yeah, hopefully"

"Sure but please don't tell him that you got it from me"

"Yep!"

He gave him the younger his phone and Jeongwoo saved it for him.

"Cheer up, hyung. I know you'll make progress with him soon"

He hopes for that too.
