Monos like Asahi Hamada was unable to see the world beyond the grayscale. He never believed in love and even meeting his probe.
But what if all of a sudden, Yoon Jaehyuk went through his life, giving his world the color he had never...

"Sahi, I already had enrolled you to a school" Asahi's aunt stated.
He just sighed and nodded before arranging his clothes on the closet.
Well, they just moved out of their new apartment. His aunt needs to migrate when necessary since she was a news caster. Usually it takes a month when they would migrate from different places.
"You can start going tomorrow" Asahi widened his eyes on the sudden news.
He wasn't ready for it. He hates school, so much.
"But I haven't bought any things for school yet, aunt" he reprimanded.
"That's why you need to hurry up and arrange your things. I'll go with you" it's not like he did have a choice anyways.
Besides, he doesn't like his former school anyways. They would always make fun of his condition and it's good that he had escaped that hell already.
Asahi was Monochromatic, means that he only sees the world in shades of gray. He hated his parents for giving him this condition but on the other hand, he can't hate them anyways, they are the reason why he somehow enjoy being here.
They were called as Monos
But he would admit that he sometimes got curious of what does it feels like to see colors. To distinguish every objects as different colors.
Monos can only see colors when they met their Probes. They were the one who'll help the Monos to finally see colors.
"Sahi, call me if you already got changed, okay?!" his aunt yelled from her room.
"Okay!" he answered back. He placed his pack bags under his closet and took his towel before proceeding to the bathroom to take a bath.

"Before I forgot, I will be out for the whole month" his aunt announced. He was actually used to it.
He would always left at home alone while his aunt was working.
"I already deposited enough money on your account so you don't have to worry about your financial needs. And besides, you can always contact me if it wasn't enough right?" he just nodded while looking a binder he could buy.
"Asahi, I'm sorry"
"Why are you sorry?" he asked not looking back to his aunt.
"I'm sorry that I don't have time for you. You know, duties"
"It's fine, aunt. I understand. You don't have to worry much about me. Didn't you said that I should be independent?" the two of them chuckled.
She's proud of him, how much he was caring and understanding. His mother raised a good kid.
"C'mon, I'll cook for you when we got home"
At some point, he was thankful that he still have his aunt to look and took care of him. She never had son or daughter that's why he already consider Asahi as his own son.
"Good luck on your school tomorrow. Make sure to make friends hmm?" his aunt reminded.
Friends? When did he made one? He's okay with himself anyways.
"Yes ma'am!" he jokingly said and saluted on her.
"Silly, let's go pay for your things shall we?" Asahi and his aunt proceeded on the counter.
He hoped for the best tomorrow, even though he can't make friends, he hopes for a smooth classes tomorrow without any humiliation and embarrassment
