Another sleepless night for Asahi. He really wanted to ask his aunt for some advice. He really doesn't wanna do it but his mind just can't seem to be at ease once he knew the answers.
He took a peek on his phone. It was almost 7 in the morning so he immediately went downstairs to meet his aunt.
"Hey! Good morning!" His aunt greeted him and kissed his nephew's temple.
"W-what's with you today?" He cluelessly asked.
"Nothing! Just miss my dear nephew"
"Stop playing aunt, I know you need something"
"No seriously. I am just concerned about you. Look at you, are you even sleeping? How could be look so okay with this?"
She was really watching her nephew and she genuinely concerned about him not getting enough sleep and rest.
"Aunt.."
"Hmm? What's the matter?" He asked when he saw the japanese's serious face.
"Aunt.. Remember what I asked you the last time"
"What question? About Jaehyuk?"
"No! Not about him"
But Jaehyuk was partially part of it though.
"What question? You know, you're asking me a lot. Tell me what's the exact question"
"You know about the probe and mono. When they both have the same gender"
Thankfully, his aunt can still remember that question.
"What about it?"
"Is it really possible? I mean isn't it wrong?"
His aunt smiled at him before she sat next to him on the living room. She knows he's still unsure about that concept.
"Asahi, there's nothing wrong with the concept of soulmates"
Basically, when you found your probe or even you mono, you can consider them to be your soulmate. The concept of the probe giving colors to his mono is just an enough proof plus the comfort and happiness they are sharing.
Although there are some cases that they failed to find the connections with their probes or monos but still it rarely happens.

"Hi!" Jaehyuk happily greeted the japanese.
"Did I came too late? I'm sorry I was just-" the korean was cut off from his sentence when the japanese gave him a genuine smile.
"Wait... D-did you just smiled?" Jaehyuk asked in disbelief. He still can't believe about what he is seeing.
Asahi's smile faded and shrugged his shoulders on him before he turned his back on him, walking closer towards the railings of the rooftop.
The japanese texted him to go on the rooftop where Jaehyuk first brought him to see the city lights. He just thought that it was the perfect place for them.
"Bub? Is there something wrong? What do you want to talk about?" He asked the japanese.
Asahi then turned his look on the korean beside him, staring straight to his eyes. He seems so genuine and pure. There's no way Jaehyuk was just playing with him. He's not believing his excuses last time.
"Are your eyes had been always this pretty?" Jaehyuk was completely stunned on his mono's question.
What?
"B-bub, what-"
"Your eyes are pretty" the younger complimented.
"A-are you sick? Let me take you home-"
"I'm not sick, idiot" Asahi chuckled upon seeing his reaction.
Jaehyuk's chest had been beating for a rapid pace ever since the younger complimented him.
"You're not drunk right?"
"What makes you think of that?" The korean avoided his gaze and played with his fingers.
There's no way he'll say his reasons while looking at his eyes. He just can't do that.
"Y-you are not saying such things like that before. I was just processing everything right now" the korean said still not looking up to the japanese.
"Y-you know you shouldn't say things like that.."
"And why?"
"Because I can't handle it. My heart has been this weak for you, your face, your words. I can't take them all"
Asahi couldn't reply with anything with that. He knows that he already felt something different within him, or maybe he had felt it before but he wasn't just paying attention to it.
