"So what's your plan?, Are you planning on using my designers to recreate your design sample or what Yours ?"Sandy asked me casually while sipping her drink .

"I think your designers will do awesome, I already met few of them this morning and I must say, I was impressed ". I told her honestly..

"That's Good news, at least there's something she's not avoiding ".Celine said sarcastically.

"Really, must you ruined every moment " .I couldn't help the worry in my voice.

"Honey,I'm not, just stop punishing the poor guy and talk to him already "

"Excuse me.. I'm  lost, I don't understand, Rita what's she talking about ?".Sandy asked genuinely concerned.

"I'm alright, I don't just want to talk to Derrick right now, is that too much to ask for? "I confessed quietly.

"It's fine, You need space alright but we still need to understand and know who linked the pictures "Celine said.

"We will alright but right now I want to focus on the launching, I need a name and everything I can Think about ".

"Alright.. You got our support though I think you should know I already asked my investigator to get me every necessary information, once he forward it to me ,I will update you ".
Celine said frankly though I know I couldn't agree with her more,I'm so lucky to have such a friend as her.

"That's Great Celine  I really appreciate all You and Sandy are sacrificing for me, I don't know what I would have done without you both in my life ". Appreciation is one of the attributes to growth and for all they've done for me  I don't mind telling them how grateful I was everyday of our friendship.

Celine booked an appointment for us at one of biggest designer  know as Gleam Fashion house with the hope they might be able to recreate a design for us for the dinner night and after meeting up her ,am amazed at what they can actually recreate ,I couldn't wait for them to start working on the selection we made .

I can't believe am finally launching my line after everything, my dreams has always been to launch my line in Powermart guess life has different versions of surprises for us.

I had my eyes on the road though the traffic was building up ,I finally decided to break the silence between me and Celine our way back, Sandy already left earlier than anticipated on an excuse I don't understand myself though I find it strange after getting a glimpse of her checking her phone non stop before leaving.

"I would still like to see her,I need to understand why she behaved this way".

"I doubt that! " Celine replied rather too quickly

"She became a sister I never had and honestly I still love her,I'm surprised and disappointed by her actions but I feel she still has her reasons honestly"
More like I was trying to convince myself than Celine herself.

"She's in powermart right now while not now ?". Celine said sarcastically with an hiss.

"Well, that's not on the sky, I 'd be glad if you will stop been so sarcastic about this " I said angrily.

"You know what Rita, just concentrate on the road, I still have a lot of dreams to accomplish and I won't want to die over the fact that we're arguing about Gift who's living her life, I'm  sorry alright, let's talk better when we get home".

"You're right, I'm very sorry! ".

We were now driving along the highway close the pent house already.
A long quietness evolved us as we entered the gate.

As I walked into the apartment with Celine tagging behind though I noticed she's already on the phone, I was in no mood to argue with her any further with her so I quickly dashed into my room to have a quick shower before preparing dinner.

I realized I was having pounding headache  on our way back but honestly I couldn't careless right now.

I took a shower and changed into something causal as I walked into the kitchen, tuning on my sound players I decided to play nice tune to keep me alive and light.

I spent the next hour cooking and clearing up the dishes ,after I was done I set the table before going up to Celine for dinner not before I saw her walking down herself towards the living room.

I wandered back into the living room and sat down to relax a bit after informing her that dinner was served but I felt she looked startled abit and distracted.

Then the front door bell rang ,

"Are you expecting anyone ".I asked Celine while walking to open the door.

But before I could get a reply from her she rushed out of the living room, that's weird.

I stiffened, shocked after I opened the door and found Derrick standing in the corridor and after a few seconds I found my voice.

"How did you know where to find me?" I asked stunned.

"May I come in? " I stood aside as he walked in, he moved to a chair and sat down .

"we have ways and means sweetheart "Derrick said with so much confidence and smiled his thin smile.

"Why haven't been picking up my calls? " he questioned censure.
I sat on the arm of a lounging chair .

"Is that why you wanted to see me".
I said and crossed my hands over my chest.

"Honestly I don't have time for this,I thought we had something special and above all, I thought you trusted me because I couldn't hurt You ".

"Really Derrick I don't have anything to say to you right now " .I replied sharply but honestly I don't have anything to tell him right now.

"Is that all you have say ?".

"I will sort this out and we're going to be together again,". He said standing up but not without saying "Rita don't forget, You're mine! " He said finally and shot the door behind him.

Wow.. What's wrong with this men who thinks women were things to be owned .

I thought angrily.

I was startled when I heard Celine voice "What the hell Rita? " she acclaimed.

"Nothing and am sure this is all your doing but honestly I'm done alright !"

We ate in silent and in quiet an awkward mood but honestly I couldn't care less right, I tossed in the dishes and retire to my room after saying  Good night to Celine.

It was quite an eventful but not without hoping to visit Gift tomorrow.
