Through it All 💕

Falling Into place

Last night has been one of the best night for me in a long time, Derrick made me feel like a teenage once more, a feeling I have not experienced in a while, Every moment spent with him last night was so refreshing and I couldn't ask for a better companion in my life.

Derrick brought me back to my suite last night after much protest from me, he insisted that he wanted to make sure that I was safe .

Awaken by the sounds of my phone ringing , I removed the strain of my hair that has fallen on my face to check the caller to realize that I had 5 missed calls from my Dad and 3 missed calls from my mom but before I could get hold of myself to call them back Celine and Gift walked into the room " what the hell were you thinking , do you think you are still a child who needs a nanny everytime?". Gift asked me furiously.

I was stunned by her tune, she has never spoken to me like that before " what the hell Gift!, You can at least tell me where I have gone wrong and you don't need to raise your voice at me like that !" .I replied seriously

"wow.. Calm down both of you, it hasn't gotten to this !" .Celine tried to intervene but was shut up by Gift
" Enough Celine, stop acting like my mother and all perfect, I don't need you to babysit me but I guess you can babysit Rita after all " .Gift said with so much venom in her voice and turned to leave but stopped abruptly before reaching the door " And let me Inform you Rita,I'm taking over your position as the CEO of Powermart, guess you don't deserve it ". shutting the door after her.

"What the hell just happened? " Rita asked Celine still in shock of the action of the only sister she has known over the years.

"I'm so sorry Rita,we woke up to receive a call from your Dad asking us to turn up the news, which was about your dinner with Derrick last night and which said you sold your body to Derrick in order for him to merge up with the company and that power mart was currently bankrupt ". She explained while coming to sit beside me on the bed.

"I'm sorry Gift over reacted, she didn't have the right to speak with you in such manner, beside your Love life is non of her business and I know you better, whatever you need,I'm here for you Rita " hearing those words from Celine was so reassuring that she still trusted and still believed in
me .
"Thanks Celine, You're one of the most truest friend any body could die to have, but this is my mess and I won't drag you into it alright ".Saying those words seem like me encouraging because I don't even know how pull through this.

"Alright.. But promise me that if you need anything at all, I'm always here for you ". Celine said seriously.

Few minutes later Rita saw her timeline flooding with different message notifications "CEO of powermart replaced by her own sister as the New CEO, Could this lead to a tussle " reading it aloud for Celine to hear .

"I can't believe Dad will do this to me after everything I gave up " .Tears rolling down her eyes .

"I gave everything, my Dream to become what they wanted me to be ".
crying regrettably, Celine tried to comfort me "stop crying Rita, You've not lost everything, You've me and you still have God who loves you so much and don't forget the promise of Romans 8:28 that God works for our good "in all things" is reassuring, It means that no matter the circumstance, there are only to Qualifiers You ,all things work together for our good,those who love God are called according to His purpose in Christ, so just relax and trust God ". Celine told her reassuring about her fears and defeat .

"Thank you so much Celine, I don't know what I would have done without you knowing gift was your friend as well but you still choose to stand by me this trying times, I'm grateful ". Standing up, she gave her a hug.

Celine has suggested that Gift should arrange her stuff so that they will head back before things will get more out of hand, excusing herself and left for her room with the intention of going to Gift's suite to have a talk with her .
