it was the morning of the trip

i had written a half assed signature of my mothers

and it worked, quite surprisingly.

i had everything i needed ready

but i still wasn't prepared to share a room with abigail.

we were just about to go onto the 4 hour drive, in the bus.

the coach had given us instructions to sit with our roommates.

3 nights and 8 hours with abigail.

i couldn't see abigail, was she not going?

as i sat on the bus, she still wasn't there

until the bus was about to leave

the door opened.

abigail

she rushed in and spoke to the coach for a moment

she nodded as the coach told her something,

then headed my way.

i quickly looked out the window, not to be creepy for staring.

i could feel her presence beside me but i didn't look.

not until i felt something fall onto my shoulder

abigail was sleeping on my shoulder?
i was about to shake her awake

but i remembered how she let me sleep on hers during class.

i sighed and leaned back, to take a quick power nap.

but when i woke up, i could feel something cushiony

until i actually looked

i was laying in abigail's lap.

she was leaning back, with her eyes closed, and i thought she was asleep

until she winked at me.
