What if Leon didn't do the passive approach?
Leon decided to take a day off and called and told his boss, because he wanted time to think about this, he didn't want to tell anyone cause people might think he's just crazy, he wanted to figure this out on his own. Now, he had time to think, well he figured out a few things. It seems as though when the creature attacks him he returns back in his bed, it's almost like he dies and the bed is like his respawn point like a game.... Leon had his fair share of video games to figure this out. He waited till the time his shift usually ends, went downstairs saw the same scene and things again and went to the guest bedroom and saw the lump. He thought that he needed to find a different weapon till he finds the right one to scare of the monster. He went to the basement this time to find more weapons, he found a toolbox, he took out the wrench and went to the bedroom and threw the wrench at its head, the wrench hit its head but then it just bounced off. The creature came out and attacked him and he was back in his bed again... Leon got up and is got ready for his shift. He brushed, showered, ate, got ready and left the house at 7:50. He met his co-worker Oliver again. "Hey Leon how's it going? I'm going to the arcade with a couple of friends you wanna join?" "No, I'm busy" "Oh that's ok". His shift ended and left for home again.
Before the same thing happened again, he went to a shop and bought a flamethrower. He waited till the time came and saw the same scene again and the same lump in the bedsheets again. He brought his flamethrower and burned the lump, but again it didn't affect the creature and again it attacked him. He woke up in his bed, again did the same thing again and went to work. "Hey Leon how's it going? I'm going to the arcade with a couple of friends you wanna join?" Leon was annoyed and said "Can you shut up?! I don't want to go ok?!" and everyone in the café stared at him "Ok dude, you didn't have to shout, I get it". Leon's shift ended and went back home, this time he called the police. When the police came he explained the story and the police were skeptical but went and checked the kitchen but it was clean, they checked the bedroom and there was no creature or lump. They checked the whole house but nothing... One of the officer came up to him and said "Listen kid, if this is a prank it's not funny. You are wasting our time. At least bring evidence when you see it if it's real" and they all left
He woke up again had the same scene happen over again and he went home and took pictures of the floor and the lump. He went to the station and showed the pictures. But there was nothing in the pictures, just a plain floor and a nest bed. Nothing at all.... Now Leon was told to get out of the station and every single day he tried to get pictures or chase the monster away but it was in vain.
Now Leon's mind was just tired and was repeating the same words. Hey Leon how's it going? I'm going to the arcade with a couple of friends you wanna join?" Hey Leon how's it going? I'm going to the arcade with a couple of friends you wanna join?" Hey Leon how's it going? I'm going to the arcade with a couple of friends you wanna join?" Hey Leon how's it going? I'm going to the arcade with a couple of friends you wanna join?" And this continued for eternity until Leon unalived...
