Wooyoungs pov

"Wooyoung I'm home!"

San and I quickly quit hugging each other and jump up from off the ground.

"Hi mom. San came over because we met up at the coffee shop and then the thunder storm happened so he came over to make sure I wasn't home alone." I say fairly quickly.

"Oh that's fine. Do you want to stay for dinner?" She asks.

"Ya I'm fine with that." San says smiling.

"Ok well you two go upstairs while I cook."

We go upstairs and sit there.

The thunder is over but it is still raining.

"So what made you so afraid of thunderstorms?" San asks.

"When I was younger my parents would fight a lot so the thunder reminds me of them fighting. Plus I always think of lightning settings things on fire." I say laughing a little.

"Why do you think lightning will set things on fire?" San asks.

"When I was younger we went to Yellowstone national park with my dad and his ex girlfriend and we stopped to look at the mountain. I got out of the car not thinking anything and the mountain was on fire, and I saw the fire literally going down the mountain. I was like 8. That's hard for an 8 year old to see." I say.

"Oh. Your childhood sounds fucked." San says laughing.

"It was." I also say laughing.

"About you saying you still like me-"

"I don't wanna talk about it." I say cutting San off.

"No, I think we should talk about it." San says.

"Talk about what? How I like you in a romantic way and you like me as a brother?" I say putting my head in my knees.

"No I-"

"DINNER IS READY!"

The next day at school I try to avoid my friends mostly San the best I can, but considering the fact that I have first period with San that's kind of hard.

I sit down in my chair completely ignoring Yunho.

I feel kind of bad, but then again I have to think about all the times that he ignored me.

"Yo Wooyoung you good?" He asks.

"Ya." I say bluntly.

"No you aren't. SAN!" Yunho yells.

"No wait what are you doing?" I ask in a panic.

"Well San knows how to confront you so I'm calling him over here. SAN GET OVER HERE!" Yunho says.

"There's no need to do that-"

"What's up?" San says before I can keep talking.

"Wooyoung is in distress." Yunho said.

I don't look at San, but I can tell that San is looking at me.

"He's ok." San says.

"Obviously not." Yunho says.

San stays quiet for a second. I look up at him and we make eye contact.

It pains me to know that he won't like me back.

My vision blurs as tears weld up in my eyes, so I look away.

"Come on." San says grabbing my arm and pulling me out of the class room.
