If your oc is a family member with someone from the original team avatar they have to at least be 80. The original team avatar is long dead in this. and if the oc is related to someone in the 2nd team avatar(Asami, Korra, Bolin, and Mako) they must be an adult.
And the Avatar must be a part of the Earth nation because of how the avatar cycle works. Korra was water so Earth is next.
