Regina and I both jumped into the portal and were instantly teleported to the Enchanted Forest. We ended up in Regina's castle, our new home. I walked out to the balcony and smiled. This is the life I wanted with her and with the people I cared about. She stood beside me and I put my head on her shoulder. The sun was setting and the sky was a beautiful purple hue. I turned to Regina and pulled her into a hug. "How can I possibly thank you? You lived in Storybrooke for over 30 years and never left. You were happy there and I feel like I've torn you away from what you really wanted" I admitted as tears trickled down my cheeks. She pulled away from me and I realised she was crying too. "Y/N ever since we've been together you have been so much of my happiness. You've shown me love stronger than I've ever felt for someone. This is our story, our fresh start and I couldn't care less about Storybrooke if being here is what makes you happy." I sniffled and leaned in kissing her passionately. I pulled away to take a breath . "I love you Regina."
"I love you too." She teleported us to the bedroom as we continued kissing and things got more heated. I sat down on the bed, Regina on my lap and put my hands on her face. "How about we celebrate?" I suggested with a devious smile. She pushed me onto my back and put her hands on either side of my head. "I love that idea." That night we made love all night. It was the best feeling in the world.

The next morning

I woke up to the sound of birds chirping and climbed out of the massive bed. My feet hit the cold floor and I shivered. This castle was always so cold and I could never get used to it. I noticed that Regina was still sleeping and leaned over kissing her on the cheek. "Good morning love." She stirred and rolled onto her side facing away from me. I chuckled and walked out of the room. I hadn't considered that I didn't have any of my belongings here. This was supposed to be a fresh start so perhaps I should treat it like one. I waved my hand and teleported to the closet. It was as big as a house and filled with hundreds of Regina's outfits. They were all black and in my opinion quite stylish. I never was a fan of the clothing back in Storybrooke. I'm sure Regina wouldn't mind if I borrowed something to wear. After getting dressed for the day I wandered down to the stables looking to get out of the castle for a while. And to my luck many of the guards had returned as soon as news broke that the Evil Queen was back. Many people here had no clue that Regina had changed at all. "You there, prepare the carriage. I'd like to check on the kingdom." I ordered. I pointed at the closest guard and he snickered in return. "You? The last time I checked you were just the Queens play thing. You can't order me to do anything." He pushed me back into the carriage and started walking towards the castle. "No one speaks to me like that you filthy rat!" I shot him with a ray of magic, the white light looked like a lightning bolt but quickly turned a raven black colour. I fell back, stopping as I felt a throbbing in my chest. When I got up to my feet the guard was limping away as fast as possible. "Pathetic. Now does anyone else have anything to say?" The stables remained silent as the rest of the guards rushed to get the carriage ready. "Good! Now don't make me wait."

The carriage ride was calm, just what I needed after what had happened at the castle. Sure I had a lot of resentment towards anyone who dared treat me or the people I loved that way but I'd always had light magic. The magic that I used to attack the guard was nothing like that... it was dark. Evil. "You look flustered darling." I jumped at Regina's voice. I was too busy looking out the window to notice she'd appeared. "I thought you were sleeping" I mumbled, not feeling up to talking to anyone. "Not quite." She smirked at me and teleported us back to the castle, more specifically our bedroom, where she was still fast asleep. "What the hell? How are there two of you?" Before I could even start to process what I was seeing. She stormed out of the room. "Oh did she forget to tell you? I'm her evil half" she rolled her eyes and laughed. "She didn't want to be evil so she used enchanted sheers to separate us. But the hero that she is couldn't bear to kill me."

"Queenie? What are you doing here?" Regina, the real Regina asked from behind me. "What am I doing here? This is MY castle." She spat angrily. "You can't just walk on in and take it from me." She formed a fireball and shot it at Regina. She dodged it and frowned. "Your heart has darkened hasn't it?"
"What was your first clue? You're pathetic trying to be a hero, don't forget villains don't get happy endings." She formed another fireball. "Wait Regina stop!" She faced me and launched it my way. "It's your majesty to you!" A bow shot through the air between us. "Leave now your majesty or next time I won't miss" Snow came running into the room and stood in front of me , pointing another arrow. She was clearly outnumbered now and scowled. "Snow White always to the rescue. I will be back." With a cloud of purple smoke she was gone.

"You didn't tell me that there's two of you!" I yelled at Regina. How could that have even happened. To be honest I didn't think she was capable of completely giving up her darkness. "I need some time to think." I stormed out of the castle and kept walking. I didn't know where I was going but anywhere was better than here right now.

Regina's POV

"You didn't tell her? Snow asked. "No I didn't tell her. I didn't think they'd ever meet. And I don't care for your judgment." I growled. "Oh Regina how could you keep that a secret? That only leads to hurt, you should know that better than anyone." I hated that she had a point but it was true. "I do it's just... I'm scared of losing Y/N." I admitted. I hated being vulnerable it was the thing I'd always struggled with. "But Y/N loves you."
"Don't you see? That's exactly the problem. That is me, we think the same, we look the same. We are part of each other and no enchanted sheers are going change that." Snow gave me a pitiful look and hugged me. "That's just not true and you'll realise it too. You are your own person. Did you see what she did? You would never threaten the people you love but she couldn't care less. You are a good person and that is who Y/N fell in love with."
"Grandma is right mom." Henry ran in along with David. "You aren't the evil queen anymore and you deserve happiness. Don't forget that it was mums job to bring everyone their happy endings including you and I think she did." He put his hand on my shoulder and that's when I knew he was right.

After the little pep talk everyone left to go back to the Charmings castle. I think they could tell I needed some time alone. It had been several hours since Y/N left and I was getting really worried now. What if something bad happened. "Hello dearie." I rolled my eyes and spun around. The last person I wanted to see and he showed up in my castle looking like he owned the place. "Rumple what do you want?" I asked in annoyance. "Why to help you of course! Y/N has run off and you're worried out of your mind. Maybe you should be." He laughed incessantly, he knew just how to get under my skin. "No! Get out of my castle before I make you. Besides I thought you stopped making deals."
"Never. You know where to find me." He waved his hand and vanished. I headed to the balcony and looked up at the sunset. It looked exactly the same as the one from yesterday. The one where I had Y/N in my arms.

Authors Note

I hope you're enjoying the story so far. I have so many ideas for future chapters but I could use your help. I want to continue to use both Regina's but I am worried it'll get too confusing. If you have any suggestions of how I can better distinguish them please let me know in the comments.
