Recently I've gotten a message from someone saying that someone was copying my book. I looked through a few chapters of the book in question and yes they took whole sentences and paragraphs from my book and put it into theirs. They also use mostly the same storylines from my chapters.
Look, I don't mind if you make your own story inspired by mine, but please don't straight up plagiarize. It's rude, un-honorable, and just plain wrong.
Again, I don't mind if you make a similar story to mine, just make sure you give credit by saying it was inspired by mine in the description of the book. And please don't just copy mine straight up.
If you find someone copying my book please don't harass them! Just let me know and I'll deal with it.
It sucks I have to type all this honestly, but plagiarism is something that genuinely bothers me, so yeah.
I believe that's it. I'll try and have a good chapter out for yall soon.
