“Tony!” echoes throughout the office the person sounded pissed. I look up and see my boss standing in front of me alongside my partners “Yes boss?” when I said that it hit me I didn’t go out to the field with them “We could have used your help out there DiNozzo and would you like to know why we needed your help?” Ziva, one of my partners, sat at her desk and said while Gibbs, my boss and Mcgee my other partner, also sat down watching me and throwing their guns inside of the desks like always. “And why was that Ziva~” I asked with a joking smile on my face “We got shot at Mcgee was slightly grazed by a bullet but luckily no one was killed” my boss stated “Oh I am so sorry boss it will not happen again” the smile was wiped clean off my face and I look at Mcgee who was holding his arm here and there “Yeah, I know it won’t” he stopped then stood up “Mcgee can you go to autopsy and get Ducky, Ziva and DiNozzo go out there and try to find the bullets maybe we can match it up to a weapon” me and Ziva grabbed our weapons out of the desks and put it on our sides while Mcgee went down to get Ducky then we left. “Okay so where were you all?” she pointed to a little area in the woods that had flat grass with colourful flowers and was surrounded by thousands of trees growing in every direction you could think of. “Look around for about maybe eight to nine bullets” she said in a bossy tone “Okay but are you sure it’s eight or nine usally people don’t waste that many bullets” I told her while we started looking “Well if you were there at the time then you would have known that there was more than one person we don’t entirely know how many yet but we are hoping to figure that out” Ziva said while flagging me down “By the way they were shooting at us it seemed like they wanted to go for someone” she said with a paranoid tone in her voice I put some latex gloves on and grabbed a busted bullet out of a tree root sticking out of the ground then I put it in an evidence bag and placed it into my bag then we heard a gunshot behind us and we quickly pulled our guns out and looked our holding them out ready to shoot if necessary. “Whoever’s there better come out with your hands held high and drop your weapon!” after announcing that someone walks out and we started hearing tigs snap behind us then suddenly everything goes black.

When I opened my eyes I saw concrete under me and I tried pulling my hands to my face to wipe the sweat off my face but I couldn’t because they had been cuffed to the chair and I noticed Ziva was in the same position as we were seated back to back cuffed to the chairs “So you finally woke up Princess~” she said with a smartass timbre “Shut Up Ziva” I said annoyed “Welcome Special Agent Antony DiNozzo and Special Agent Ziva David” we heard echoing in the room “Don’t try to leave or scream the party has just begun so sit back and stay quiet” the anonymous voice sounded deep and rough like the owner of it had recently been screaming and started to slowly lose it “And if we scream?” I asked unknowingly “Let me show you what will happen if you scream Special Agent” a man appeared from the shadows and aimed a gun at my thigh and pulled the trigger putting a bullet through my thigh “Goddamn it!” I tightened my eyes and tried to keep the screams back “I am not here to kill you DiNozzo… I am just simply trying to get my revenge from all those years you had me locked up in that small Jail Cell” the man went back into the shadows and everything went quiet “Are you okay Tony?” Ziva said with a bit of a worried voice “Yeah of course I am okay! I totally didn’t get a fucking bullet straight through my thigh Nope not at all!” I started trying to get the cuffs lose unsuccessfully then Ziva stood up dangling her cuffs bragging that she got free from them “I was just asking no need to get so moody damn” she undid my cuffs so we quietly looked around for our guns and we eventually found them under a table “let’s go” we quietly walked into another room “watch out there is a hump in the boards there-” I tripped over the board Ziva was warning me about making my leg feel so much worse “Agh! Ziva come here I got a Plan” I stumbled my way back to the chairs and sat back in the chair and she followed me “Put the cuffs back on me and I want you to go back to headquarters and tell them where I am since I am injured I will just be dragging you behind-” she interrupts me “No he will kill you that is a stupid plan!” I smiled trying to reassure her “Never told you it was a perfect Idea” she puts my arm around her neck and pulls me up “I can bring you like this let’s go-” I stopped her and sat back down “No this is not up for debate Ziva! Besides, someone needs to keep an eye on him” she hesitated but then she put the cuffs back on me and made sure I had my gun with me but hidden from the criminals “If I come back and you survived I am going to punch you for this horrible plan you hear me Tony!” she quietly leaves

I start hearing footsteps circling me then they stop “So where is your partner DiNozzo” I shrugged my shoulders “Do not lie to me!” the man steps closer and punches me in the face leaving a red mark “I don’t know” I kept staring at him with a blank expression then he gets a call and answers it and laughs “So you found the woman I hear” he hangs up the phone “When will you learn DiNozzo… you don’t mess with me” he punches me again and this time he busted my lip causing it to bleed and leaving a bruise this time then he aims the barrel of his gun at me and holds it on my forehead “Say bye bye DiNozzo” I tighten my eyes and tense my body when I heard a shot then I felt my hands get free and I stood up trying to ignore the pain in my leg and grabbed my gun out of my side holster and aimed it when I realised my team was there and Ziva ran up to me and jumped into my arms “Ow. Ow. Okay Ziva calm down” my boss smiled and Mcgee laughed a bit then Ziva got off me and chuckled “I see you survived” she knocked my feet out from under me causing me to fall then she punched my stomach “AH! Thanks Ziva-” they all start laughing.

I got a call from Mcgee around zero-nine-hundred "Tony can you come to the autopsy room please we need your help" I groaned and sat up slowly and got dressed "I guess" he hung up on me and I got into my car and drove to NCIS headquarters and went to the autopsy room "You guys realise my thigh is killing me right-" a gun to my head cut me off then I felt my side holster become empty and heard my gun get thrown to the floor "Turn around slowly and back up without any sudden movements" I did just as the women said and ended up backing into a wall "Where are they" I look around trying to see if my friends were there but no one was insight expect the women who still had me at gunpoint "I handled them already" the women walks to a cabinet and opens it and looks in it for something "You look familiar… Do I know you?" I asked while she grabbed a box then put it on top of one of the tables. She tells me to cuff myself with my handcuffs and I do as she tells me "Now sit dog!" She laughs when I sit down "Your boss must love you" she searches through the box "You listen to every order I tell you what a loser" she chuckles "Well he doesn't hold me at gunpoint so I don't have to worry about disagreeing with him!" She glares at me then someone shoots a gun and she falls as a window shatters to the ground "Get up" I familiar voice calls out
