"What do you mean, Zack?" Nathan looked over his shoulder with a nice guy smile at his friend's voice. "I'm just surprised at how anyone could get along with Alex of all people." he smirked slightly at his jab. Alex cut her eyes slowly at the blackette, a knowing look in them as she tilted her head ever so slightly.

"And what's that supposed to mean?" Jazz questioned with a frown curling onto his face, his blue eyes narrowing behind his visor. He wasn't the only one bristled by the blackette's words, seeing as Ironhide grunted with annoyance. Ratchet rose a brow at Nathan's words, curious at what the human mech was trying to achieve. Bumblebee fumed silently at the jab as he puffed his cheeks. Optimus remained silent and passive, but if one were to look closely, you would see the slightest narrow of his eyes.

"Nah, it's just Alex here was always rude to everyone in school." Nathan explained in reasoning as he stared straight down at Alex. "She refused to make friends with anyone 'cause she thought she was better than everyone else." he shrugged as Zack, Daphne and Chloe, the brunette, tensed up at his words, worriedly looking between Alex and Nathan.

"Man your ass must be pretty jealous with all the shit that comes out of your mouth." Alex commented bluntly with half lidded eyes and a bored expression.

Jazz and Bumblebee snorted at her words, the blonde turning away slightly to hide his amused expression while Jazz faced the offended male, his beamingly amused expression glowing in Nathan's face. Ironhide smirked, a low chuckle leaving his lips at Alex's quick witted response. Ratchet let out a sigh at the fact Nathan had incurred the wrath of the sassy and smartass redhead that had a fiery temper to boot. Optimus closed his eyes and shook his head, knowing that Alex was now unchained and ready to unleash and destroy.

Nathan's friends looked flabbergasted at Alex's words, conflicted between bursting out laughing or trying to defuse the situation and save their friend the humiliation. The black haired young adult's jaw dropped at Alex's words before he closed his mouth and glared down at her.

"What did you just say?" he hissed out as he took a threatening step closer.

"I'm not repeating myself." Alex shrugged as she stood her ground, lifting her head up to keep their eyes locked in a stared down. "I don't have enough fucks to not give for that anyway." she pointed out as Jazz let out a humoured cackle at his Charge's words. Ironhide crossed his arms over his chest, his smirk growing by the second as Alex continued.

"Shut up." Nathan snarled as he stood face to face with Alex now, aggressively staring her down with embarrassed eyes which was clouded with offense and anger.

"Please, lead by example." Alex continued her witty comebacks as she raised an amused brow at how infuriated Nathan was getting from a few...carefully chosen words.

By now, Jazz was holding a hand to his head, his laughter ringing out as Bumblebee held his sides, his shoulders shaking too much for the young scout. Ironhide held a fist up to his mouth, biting on it to hide his chuckling at the obvious taunts Alex was dishing out. Ratchet pinched the bridge of his nose, sighing through it as he shook his head. Optimus remained quiet and passive as his human companion continued her verbal assault on the arrogant human mech.

"Why I outta-!"

"Nathan!" Daphne quickly cut in, pushing herself between Alex and the blackette, her hands on his shoulder to try and push him away from the redhead. "Cut it out! You're making a scene!" she whispered harshly to him, her eyes darting around to the little amount of curious onlookers that were standing around, watching the two groups.

"Yeah, Nathan quite making a scene." Alex grinned smugly as she cocked her hip out to the side.

"That's enough Alex." a hand was put on her shoulder, gently pulling her away from the two.
