[3rd Person's POV]
Guanlin is inside the observing room, watching Yujin interacting with the girl. At the same time, the door opened, revealing you with restraints. Being pushed by Guanlin's men, until you were beside Wonyoung. They kick you hard enough to make you kneel.
He opened his palm, gesturing his man behind- to hand him something before proceeding to meet you again.
[Your POV]
Yujin?
Is she serious?
I looked at Wonyoung, her gaze is different as if she's telling me something through her doe eyes. I then avert it to Yujin, wearing the same expression I saw the moment I was pushed inside here. Stoic.
My body feels so weak, not being able to use my abilities sucks. Guanlin did step up his game.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, Yujin dropped to the ground, whimpering in pain. "Yujin!" Wonyoung shriek.
Our eyes landed on the stake that pierced through her side, analyzing that she wasn't stabbed right through the heart, instead, near the abdominal area means that they want to see her suffer.
Guanlin's cackle started interrupting, taking our attention off of Yujin. He went near her aching body and started kicking her, we could just hear her groaning, wincing, and begging weakly to stop. We can't do anything, not with us wrapped with restraints and being held down.
"I finally had the chance to beat you up," He uttered before stopping, fixing himself, and facing us.
"You think I wouldn't know that you three are working with each other?" He raised a brow as we gasp, clearly taken aback.

[FLASHBACK]
[Your POV]
The atmosphere was fortunately light, both of us are silent while watching the view in front of us.
"Do you know why I did that?" She muttered, looking afar before averting her gaze to me. "Why I 'cheated' on you?" She air quoted and chuckled.
I sighed deeply and nodded. She went back into looking at the view, "The reason was.."
"Yujin pleaded me for help, she said that Guanlin's been pestering her every day and she can't help but to give in so that he could stop. She promised me too that once everything goes well, she'll no longer bother me. That's how I got involved here in the first place. I know my reasoning sounds absurd but these are all true."
"But why didn't you tell me? I could've helped you." I asked her.
"She told me it will be just for the meantime, as long as you don't find out, we will accomplish it faster and Guanlin won't notice anything unusual." She sighed, looking at me in the eyes.
"What about you dating for 9 months?" I asked and she answered, "He made that up."
