Back story: he Was playing outside in the rain and thunder struck down and hit an electricity pole and the wires broke and they fell on Jason causing him to be shocked with the electricity. He lived the Accident and Slenderman took him in and healed him and taught Jason how to kill.

Clothes: wears a suit with a red tie, black biker gloves, has a mouth guard, and converses
Powers: when he was hit with the electric wires he got the power to control electricity
