The human brain is amazing
We taught ourselves physics
We can communicate easily
And we learn so fast
And yet there is still hate
Anger, violence
We have the capability to rid ourselves of this
And yet we haven't
We build huge structures
While people are homeless
We have visited other planets
But people still die of hunger
We think of ourselves as advanced
Yet we do not understand ourselves
At heart we are still animals
Looking out for ourselves
And doing whatever it takes to survive
