Ch. 26 "Discovery"

                                                     Alessia POV 

I hear the chirping of birds. my eyelids were still glued shut. I didn't want to move. my body hurt. everything hurt. 

But last night was a bit incredible, I never felt so free. 

Run as fast as I could without getting winded the smells the sights. the sounds it was all incredible. 

I hear crunching of leaves and twigs. 

Suddenly the walking stopped. 

"What a mess you've made lessia.." I hear Nik's voice 

Then I feel into darkness again. 

                                              Klaus POV 

I followed the trail of corpses, not just animals but bodies apparently there was a party nearby. sadly Lessia wasn't in control. 

Finally I spot her. 

And I see something Lessia was laying on her stomach, leaves covering some parts. but on her back it was littered with scars. some very deep. some small. and big. some looked like teeth marks others looked like whip marks. 

I mean I know what happened with her family. but this couldn't have been from just that moment. 

"What a mess you've made Lessia." I said wrapping her in my jacket and picking her up. 

I started making my way back to the house. I was about half way when I spot Elijah. 

"Thought I told you to stay home?" I said 

"Yes. you did, but I know as well as you do that the werewolf only lasts as long as the full moon." Elijah said making his way towards me. 

"I can take her if you want to clean up this mess." Elijah said 

I smirked. 

"If that's what you want brother." I said handing him Lessia. 

Elijah started walking away. 

"Elijah.." I said 

He looked back at me. 

"We need to talk about something important later." I said 

"Of course." He said 

I nodded and started cleaning up the mess. 

                              Elijah POV 

I looked down at Alessia her cheek pressed up against me. she looked so peaceful. 

I walked into the house. 

there stood my siblings smirking.. 

"Not a word." I said as I started going up the stairs. 

"I didn't say anything." Kol said 

"Rebekah, could you please-" I began 

"Of course brother.' I hear her vamp speed behind me. 

We get to Alessia's room and I hand her to Rebekah. 

I hear Niklaus walk in. 

"Elijah meet me downstairs." I hear Niklaus 

I walked downstairs into the office 

"What seems to be the problem Niklaus." I asked as I shut the door. 

"It's about Alessia." He said 

I arched my brow. Niklaus never uses Alessia's full name. 

"You might want to take a seat for this." He said
