Say It!

Kurona didn't let up, she started to push herself up against me, pushing me down with her hand against the bed as she was nearly on top of me. She started at me as she demanded it again. "Say it." She said in a more sad tone.

That sad tone made me break, and I mentally sigh in my head. I blush as I squeeze out the word she wants to hear. "Kuro... na..." I mumbled.

"What was that?" She asked, her face so damned close!

I quickly say it this time. "Kurona!" I said.

Suddenly, she put some distance between us, and we stared at each other for a long time, but I notice something that is almost alien to me. Is Kurona... blushing? It's so tiny that you could barely notice it.

Kurona stood suddenly and walked to the door, all blushed about what I said. She mumbled something as she walked out of the room. "Thank you." She mumbled.

She leaves as I'm about to pass out from the amount of blood that was in my head. I sigh and plop back down on the bed. That girl... sure knows how to make me squirm. But that face she made at the end...

It was so damn cute...

I shake my head and I jump out of bed and put on a shirt, walking out of the room quickly. I head down the stairs and find myself facing Vincent and Sasaki. Both turn and look at me.

I put on my game face. "So, your Sasaki? Nice to formally meet you." I said, putting out my hand.

Sasaki gives a small smile. "Yeah, nice to meet you." He shook my hand very sturdy like, then turned back to Vincent, who seemed impatient.

"Well, the battered-like-hell kid comes to life! You scared me half to death when Kurona dragged your unconscious ass through that door!" He scolded me. I've never been actually scolded by him before, which made me feel like he was closer to me as friends than I'd imagined.

I scratch my head. "Y-Yeah... I'll try to be more careful next time." I said.

Vin shook his head. "Geez... now, where was I?" He asked Sasaki.

"The entry strategy." Sasaki said with eagerness.

"What's going on?" I asked, tilting my head in confusion.

Vin grinned. "We're already moving in on the base where their holding Touka. It's near an old factory in ward 23. They keep their dungeon there, pretty creepy stuff." He made hand gestures of claws as if he were a monster.

Sasaki rubbed his hands together. "So I'll be taking the roof entrance, correct?" He asked.

Vincent nods. "Yup. While I take the back entrance-"

"Where am I in this?" I suddenly cut in.

They both stared at me in surprise. They both looked at each other with concern, as if to tell one another to mention something first. I knew what was coming, and I didn't like it one bit.

"Don't tell me I'm not going." I demanded.

Vincent sighed in irritation. "I can't have you getting hurt again." He said, looking away from my glare.

"But that's not enough reason! I still am the one who-!" I started to yell in complain.

"I can't have you going nuts on us! You might hurt anyone when your like that!" Vin suddenly burst, making me take a step back. He saw me as a nuisance... something that could ruin their plan.

Anger ripped through my body. "Oh yeah! Says the one not telling me about his past, the one hiding things!" I yelled, making him flinch.

He glared at me. "Don't ever mention that again, kid. Or we're going to have a problem." He said darkly.

Suddenly, as we're about to pound each other, Sasaki walks in between us with a deadly smile that sent shivers down both of our spines. "If you two would shut up, we would be able to talk this out like gentlemen." He said with obvious fake sweetness in his voice that was really creepy.

Vincent pulled back and sighed. "We'll talk about this later then... I'm going out for a bit." He said, grabbing his coat off the hanger near the entrance. He waved from behind him and walked out silently.

Sasaki shook his head. "Gosh, children these days. I've gotta go anyway, the plan is tomorrow... and on my account, if you want to prove you can control yourself, then prove it." He said, giving me advice, as he left without another word.

It was silent as I sat down on the sofa and sighed, then something shook me up, a sudden yelp. It sounded like a surprise yell, but I couldn't help but look at its core.

It came from the medical tent!

I jumped off the sofa and ran to the room, and opened the door quickly with a slam, I looked down... and I froze. Looking up at me from the bed was a white haired girl, looking very much confused.

She stood slowly from getting up and walked up to me. "Where...? Where is my sister?" Nashiro said as she stumbled over, I caught her as she fell unconscious once again.
