"so now you're friends?" Susan questioned. Susan and I had been getting quite close over the last few weeks.

"Acquaintances." I said under my breath.

"You know what.." Susan said cheekily.

"Oh. What is it!" I said, knowing it was going to be about the stupid prophecy.

"You should try and get closer to Edmund so you can see if he's you're soulmate." She said as I rolled my eyes. Should I tell her.

"What I'm about to tell you is top secret!" I said in a whisper yell through gritted teeth.

"Yes.." she said, she was definitely getting excited.

"I have a really small crush on Ed." I said pinching my fingers together to show how small I was thinking.

"No..." She said completely ahgast.

"Yes." I said cringing and turning so I didn't have to face her.

"I'm going to be you're sister in law!!" She said jumping out of her seat.

"Anyone else going down to the beach with me?" I asked as I picked up the towel next to the door.

"Oh, Eds coming as well." I said walking out the door to join Edmund who was waiting on the veranda.

"Ready?" He said, turning to me.

"Mhm, I think Lucy and Susan are coming." I said smiling.

"Tip!" I gave him a soft push as I raced down the stairs.

"Hey!!" He yelled and chased after me playfully.

"Jeez, took ya' long enough." I joked as Edmund came to a hult  next to me, puffing and panting.

"You got a head start." He said, he had finally caught his breath.

"But I'm going to get to the water first!" He said taking off.

"Hey, Ariah?" Edmund said walking closer to me after we had a long session of splashing each other.

"Hm?" I hummed in response.

"Y'know the prophecy?" He said grabbing my hand, All I could do was freez and nod slowly.

"Do you have anyone in mind for-"

"No" I cut him off, panicking. I wanted to say it was him but I just know he won't want the same.

"O-oh, ok." He said placing I smile on his angelic face. What did I just think!?

"Jeez. could have waited, you guys!" Lucy giggled as she jumped on Edmund, pushing him under playfully.

" Where's the fun in that!" I said picking Lucy up and spining her around in the air.

Then I felt large hands pick me up and throw my body over they're masculine shoulder.

"PETER!!" I yelled as I playfully punched his chest. Where did he get these abbs!? I thought to myself.

All of a sudden he spunw around and accidentally he did it so our faces where so close our noses rubbed against the other. I gawked at how close our faces where.

"Aah, ED!!" Peter yelled when Edmund pushed us over just as we were about to connect lips. Coincidence?

"Did you not see how he looked at you and Peter!" Lucy squealed in excitement.

"Definitely a stare of jealousy." Susan pondered in deep thought.

"And how would you know?" I asked getting annoyed.

"Books describe it perfectly." She said in a smart ass tone of voice.

"Oh-"

"He likes YOU!" Lucy danced around.

"Who likes who?" Peter said as he entered the room.

" NO ONE!" I raised my voice deffencivly.

"Jeez ok!" He brushed my hand purposely whilst he made his way over to Lucy. I stood there silently before pardoning myself and leaving to find Ed.
