You read the title. Its exactly that. The Idea is that the SCP foundation exists in mha and let's just say the O5s are the users of OFA or you can make it who ever you want. However, because now there are quirks, the scp foundation has an easier time containing the scps since they themselves have powers. They also don't need to find some of the scps as hard from public eye because they are just gonna think those are people with weird quirks. An example being 999.
However, now the foundation is able to use their own quirks to maybe control the scps into helping the world. An example being them bring scp 999 to post hero fight and calming the civilians down. Or if we want to go into action area, having doctor bright bust into the USJ attack riding 682 and going after the villains. You can also rope the other mha characters how you want. Maybe have the users of ofa connected to it. Maybe AFO is pulling some strings. Or maybe Midoriya's father is an 05 and help- alright I'm getting ahead of myself.
