Now this is an idea I had for quite awhile. Its where everything or mostly everything is backwards. What I mean by that is that all the heroes are villains in this AU. And all existing villains stay as villains except for a few. One of those being AFO. I've been thinking how this can possible work before remembering Ujiko exist. Now since AFO is a hero, Ujiko is also a good guy. So basically anyone who worked for AFO like Machia and Ujiko are heroes. In Ujiko's case, he can still make the nomus but make it so that the nomus are people with their full memories and who want to help but have weak quirks. Which makes the nomu project somewhat ethical. Izuku can also be on AFO'S side. So TL;DR: AFO is basically Japan's sole hero with the help of nomus, ujiko, and machia and later on Izuku. Its just a cool idea I thought of.
