"Any luck finding the dance pass?"
"..No"
They have spent at least five minutes trying to look for it, but have no avail.
"Do you think we'll ever find it?" Gregory complains
"We always do, Gregory. It will show up eventually..."
"What if it doesn't?! This whole thing just seems like a chase! Like some sort of trap or something-"
"If we don't keep trying, you'll never get home, which is what you want, right? To get home?" Starlight replies sadly. She wants Gregory to find his home, but she also has had fun with Gregory. He's the only kid Starlight has ever met, especially in person.
"Well- the thing about that is-"
"I don't have a home" Gregory finally admits, looking down
"W-what? H-"
"Y-yeah, I- uh- I'm homeless..."
Starlight couldn't believe it. Maybe that's why Gregory was here, to get food and find shelter
"Oh my stars..." Starlight brought Gregory in for a hug
"Why couldn't you have said so earlier? Are you hungry or-"
"I-I'm fine Starlight, I'm fine, I ate pizza before-"
"That must have been hours ago! You must be starving and thirsty!"
"Starlight, please I'm fi-" Gregory's stomach grumbles
"That stomach says otherwise! You must eat before we can continue!"
"Why are you so worried about me?"
"I care about you!"
"Yeah, but why?"
Starlight didn't know the answer to it, well, at least she thinks she does- but doesn't know how to say it.
"Is it programming?"
"I- I think it might be more than programming..?" Starlight answers, still unsure. "Just- please eat something"
"..Alright, after we find the dance pass and decommission Roxy"
Nothing was said after that, after another minute Starlight found the dance pass.
"I got it Gregory!"
"Great, let's go"
[About 10 minutes walking to the west arcade]
"Okay! We're here, let's just repair this head and get out of here" Gregory says
They then go through the S.T.A.F.F only door "Here it is, let's put it in and-"
The lights went out.
"Gregory, the security system knows you are here and has locked you two out. Reset the breakers and restore the power in the west arcade then you can repair the S.T.A.F.F bot head." Freddy explains on the other side of the Faz-watch
"Well, at least this gives me an excuse to see the DJ again! It's been awhile" Starlight replies
"You've seen him?" Gregory questions
"Of course! Sometimes when I explore the Pizza Plex I talk to him, he's really nice! I just hope he can help us out"
"Let's just find the switch"
[3 minutes walking to the switch]
"There it is!" Gregory exclaims
"DJ is sleeping though, let's try not to wake him up-" Starlight was cut off by Gregory turning the lights back on
They look back and he's nowhere to be seen.
"He's gone! I hope he's not mad at us for disturbing his nap..." Starlight says worried
"Well... there should be another switch in the bathroom, strangely enough... I heard it on the intercom earlier" Starlight says
Gregory was already gone to flip the switch and Starlight follows after him.
"Got one. Now let's get out of this bathro-" Gregory was cut off by sudden shaking
"No no no!! He's not happy with us!" Starlight panics
"I thought you said he was nice!"
"He is! But we woke him!!"
"I'll distract him while you go get out the other door!" Starlight says, distracting DJ and catching back up with Gregory
"Okay, he shouldn't be after us for now"
"Let's go find the next switch in the arcade" Starlight says
[Timeskip after finding the second switch and going to the last one]
"There it is!" Gregory exclaims
"I- I don't like this... I feel like something bad is going to hap-" Starlight is then cut off by sudden shaking again
DJ Music Man then pops his head out from one of the holes in the wall
"I KNEW IT! WE NEED TO GO, NOW!" Starlight yells
Before Gregory could process anything, Starlight picked up Gregory
Starlight jumped over obstacles that DJ threw, and then made it to the room.
"P-phew! That was close-!" Starlight says, catching her "breath"
"..I never knew DJ could be so... scary..." Starlight mumbles.
"L-let's repair the head" Starlight says, putting it in the slot
"Good job! Take the repaired head back to Roxy Raceway" Freddy says on the other side of the Faz-watch.
