I was living in a dream. There is no way possible for all of this to be true. I looked at the large white walls and the huge staircase that led to a throne at the top.

"So you are the girl with the beating heart. " I heard a voice and turned around to look at a boy standing in front of me.

"I guess I am. And you? " I replied. He smiled at me, a smile that somehow made all my fear and anxiety run away. It made me feel... Happy.

"I'm Adrian, King Adrian of the seven heavens. " He said.

I felt the land split beneath my feet. King of the seven heavens? I'm talking to the king of the seven heavens!

"Hii!... No, I mean greetings!.... No, I mean your highness! " I bent on my knees, trying my best to acknowledge his presence. He started laughing loudly, which earlier would have made me feel extremely embarrassed but his laughter had a totally different effect. He made me feel calm.

"We don't do that here." He said as he bent down to my level and helped me stand back up again.

I passed him my best smile as a reply to his sweet gesture. He is definitely a great king!

"Now, let us find out the reason as to why you're here. " He said. His tone was serious.

"Do you also think I'm here by mistake? " I asked.

"No! Not at all. Actually, the opposite. " He walked up the stairs and to his throne . "You are here for a reason. " He said.

"What reason? " I questioned.

"You are here to rule beside me. " He replied. I felt my jaw drop down to the ground. I blinked once, then once again and again but still couldn't manage to wrap my head around the idea of ruling this place beside him.

Why would he even think like that?

"Why would you even say that? " I asked. Confusion dipping from my every single word.

"You are the only person I cannot read, you possess a beating heart and you make me feel....different. " He started giving me a list of reasons and his last reason grabbed my attention.

Even he made me feel different.

"But I'm a human. "

"A human who took a bus to neverland." He corrected.

"But I wish to go back. " I whispered. He heard that because he was quick with his reply.

"You can only enter this place, there is no way out. " He started walking down again.

"Then what about my family? My school? My friends? " I asked anxiously.

"You are dead to them. Or maybe you just disappeared." He finally reached close to me again and I could feel his breath near my face.

I took a deep breath and asked him again, more calmly.

"So, I'm here. Stuck in this useless place?! " I cursed.

"Who says that? Trust me, you are anything but stuck here. " He replied.

I could see my undead self dying. Let's just hope this kingdom turns out better that.

He took a step back and pointed towards a girl standing at the door. "She will escort you to your room. " He said.

He started walking back to his throne but I had different plans.

"Actually... " I started.  He stopped and looked at me with curiosity. "I would rather prefer you showing me around,  my future husband. " I said. An amused smile found its way to his face and he walked closer to me again.

"Why not. " He replied and have me his hand to hold on.
