I recently saw Encanto and I fell for it. I have decided to make a story but there was an issue
I didn't know what to write. So I scoured the internet finding inspiration and ultimately I have made an Au for them to react to.

Mirabel on screen twirled around, having fun with her dress "Mirabel, your ribbon." Valeria braided a green ribbon through Mirabels hair
"Thank you, Mama!" Mirabel smiled, Valeria smiled back
In the theatre, Julietta felt weird. Watching her daughter call someone else "Mama" Didn't sit right with her
Camilo and Bruno had their hair up in ponytails "Papa, why do we have to gooo..?" Camilo whined "It's just gonna be filled with snobby noble peopleee..!"
"Noble people?" Isabela questioned
"Noble people are like you."
All of them raised a brow "That's not what I meant." Isabela said, "I meant, why are they going to a place of noble people?"
"Oh. Simple, they were invited to a banquet."
Bruno laughed, "Yeah, But we can't not accept when a Royal invitation to a banquet. Now can we?" Camilo frowned even more "I guess you're right.. But still!"
"Why are you so against going anyway?"
"Because, Mirabel looks beautiful in her dress and I know boys are going to be swooning over her!"
"Awww, You're so protective of Mirabel, Camilo~!" Dolores teased
Camilo on screen sighed, while his father laughed, "Well, you can't always be protective of Mirabel. One day, she will find the person she loves."
They all went to the banquet hall "Alright, are you all ready?" Bruno asked
"Yes, Papa."
They heard the announcer tell the people that they have arrived and on cue Bruno opened the door
They entered and all eyes were on them.
'Is that the Madrigal Family..?'
'Their not that intimidating.'
They whispered, most of the boys locked their eyes on the youngest of the family
Camilo could see the desir in all of their eyes, he grit his teeth
Stop staring at my sister, Damn it!
He thought, He was mentally beating each of the boys in his head
As he continued to walk with the rest of his family. He was suddenly swarmed with girls
"You're quite the lady's man, Primo." Mirabel laughed, "Figures, I mean who wouldn't want me?" Mirabel rolled her eyes at Camilo
On screen, It cut to Mirabel who was also swarmed with people "So, You're Mirabel?" A guy asked.
"Yes. Why?"
"Oh.. Nothing, you just don't live up to your rumours."
Mirabel smiled, not really sweetly, "And what is that supposed to mean?"
"That there was no way a girl would be a good assassin." He laughed like he was funny
In the theatre, all the women in the room rolled their eyes in annoyance
What a bitch.
Luisa thought, she was the one most offended out of all the women
On screen, Camilo, who had escaped the girls that swarmed him was listening to the conversation
He spit what ever he was drinking, Pfft-- Oh, snap. Mans is gonna die! He laughed, Camilo should know that Mirabel had gotten his mother's temper
Mirabel sneakily summoned her thread and needle then stabbed the guy by the leg then pulled it out.
She did not give him any poison nor the paralyzing substance, she simply just stabbed him
"Oh-- That's gotta hurt." Pepa said, covering Antonio's eyes from the blood
Serves him right though.
She thought
On screen, Everyone in the banquet looked at the guy who had screamed. Everyone then rushed over
Mirabel faked a worried look
Camilo then walked into the scene "Woah! What happened here?" Camilo laced his words with an unknowing tone
"I don't know.. I was just talking to him.." She played along, "Hey let's go get Mami and Papa, K?"
"K" Mirabel and Camilo walked off to find their Mother and Father, sinster smiles both on their faces
"We say what you did there, Mira." Valeria said, Mirabel laughed nervously "You did good." Mirabel smiled happily
"Thank you, Mama!"

"The guy deserved the stab" Isabel nodded in agreement with Luisa
