4: A Step Ahead?

*3rd person*

Even when Michael checked that no one was around Colin still heard half the conversation. Colin shared the information with Mitch and Mitch simply smiled.

"Let them think we don't know what they may try to do. Actually I'm think we use Bryan to our advantage." Mitch said

"What do you mean?" Colin asked. It was the dead of night so no one was awake not even the guild leader

"Sure Bri is gone but Lo'pho ain't. Lo'pho had a soft spot for Bryan. An attack aimed at Bryan means that he's going to want to protect Bryan. Plus I'm pretty sure that Bri isn't dead." Mitch said

"Ok? Your point?" Colin asked.

"We send a letter to Mario, you'll drop it off at their door. That is if he doesn't send a letter back first." Mitch said with a grin

"We'll make moves if they make moves." Colin said

"Exactly. Now let's get some sleep we have some things to do." Mitch said with a smile.

"We aren't idiots guild leaders." Mitch thought.

*Ritchie's pov*

Now I'm not the type to fully question people unless they are being questionable. However the fact the Bryan and Mario hangout with one another for almost 24/7, that just brings questions, and u know for sure that I'm not the only one who's noticed.

That why we are here. Lo'pho, my brother, and I.

"So we have one topic right? Lo'pho asked

"Yup. Our Dragonslayers." I said and Brandon nodded

"They seem to be becoming inseparable. Except when training comes around." Brandon said

"You guys have any idea what might be happening?" I asked

"I'm just as lost as you two. This behavior change is weird I've never seen it happen no matter if they share the same magic or not." Lo'pho said

"So it's just something weird." Brandon said

"You think we should question them?" I asked

"Let's see what happens." Brandon said

"See what?" I looked over and saw Michael.

"Michael I didn't know you where coming." I said

"Well I came to get you guys because I have some concerns and it starts with two of my guild members your guild could be affected." Michael said and I looked over Lo'pho and Brandon.

"Alright where are we going?" I asked

"The dragons den. A fitting place in all honesty." Michael said

"Lo'pho do you plan on coming." Brandon asked because we all know that Bri was alive and was going to be there.

"I mean...I haven't fully been counted as a guild leader and I think it's better if I stay here after all I'm sure Jakey or Kay will probably do something." Lo'pho said

"Right we'll need to do a fully check around if that place with David to make sure they aren't making more cookies." I said

"Alright then I'll take Ritchie and Brandon." Michael said

"See you later Lo'pho also keep an eye on Bryan and Mario." Brandon said before Michael shadow traveled all of them.

"Will do." Lo'pho said

*Mario's pov*

Me and Bryan had to part ways for a while seeing as it was pointed out that we have suspicious actions. As much as Bryan has expressed this discomfort not being around me it's for the sake of not being caught. Which means everything we do probably needs to happen when people are asleep or at guild meetings.

I am aware of this fact b can of the letter that Mitch sent me along with the one that got dropped off this morning. Bryan's reading that one currently, however that plan won't work seeing as the guild leaders just left.

I sent Mia, the bird, out and I sighed as I looked out the window to see Bryan training. I watch him for a while until Mia comes back. I put out food and water for her and grab the letter reading it. I smiled at the letter and made a reply back. I put it in the case and when Mia was done eating she took off.

Let's just hope things go well.

Glad to hear that you two are joining. We'll be making moves soon, but as usual be careful about when we send these I don't want this plan to be ruined by the guild leaders. Other then that take care we'll get things sorted out soon.

Having Colin drop this off but a warning. Michael is on us we'll have to act natural most likely keep letters secret, such as only sending them when the guild leaders are out in a meeting or when everyone and I mean Everyone is asleep.

Also would it be a possibility if we use Bryan's a way to get in on the guild leaders. And Bryan if your reading this sorry for this emotional piece I'm about to write but I have a feeling that Bri is alive. She fakes her death and wanders. So Bryan you want in on the plan if yes I'll be sending the plan to you soon.

I understand the letters need to be kept secret and I don't think the plan will work in our favor. The guild leaders have already left to a meeting. Michael picked them up.

I see very well. Say sorry to Bryan if he isn't the one reading this. Also don't tell anyone but I plan on joining in on an evil plans just to see how things will work out and if we can use any chaos to our advantage.

Alright make sure not to get caught also how many days to you expect things to take. I know Bryan has had an expressed discomfort within his guild and I'm getting tired of mine using me a a mocking ground and push around tool.

Give us one more week. One week and then if we have an opening we'll take it. We'll leave with as much money as we have saved up and take our leave. We'll find a cave for the short time to live in and then guild out guild hall. I hope you can understand the length and Bryan
