Through the screen (Bokuto x Reader insert)

Bokuto Kuroo and Akaashi

It was already 8pm and everyone was already cleaning the gyms. The boys had a separate gym to ours so I couldn't really interact with the other characters, well maybe next time

"Well girls let's wrap it up, go to the dorms take a bath, I'll close the gym for today!" They all nodded and left 'I still want to play some more... I really did miss the feeling' as I was walking I noticed Tsukishima walking towards the same direction "Good evening Tsukishima" I tried to hit up a convo with him "Night" was all he said 'Oh wow'

"Hey Karasuno!" We heard from the distance

"Tall glasses dude and Tall H/c girl!!" Tsuki and I both turned at the same time. We saw... BOKUTO KUROO AND AKAASHI!!!!

"Can we help you?" I said trying to contain my smile

"Care to help us with some blocks? My friend here is helping his teammate" Bokuto asked "No thank you I'm done for the night" said Tsukishima "Come one Tsukishima it's just blocking!!" I grabbed his hand as I jumped in happiness

"He may not look it but this goofy fella over here is one of the top 5 spikers in the nation he would be some great practice for you both" Kuroo pointed at Bokuto and he crossed his hands looking all proud "Well I think he's still upset he's not in the top 3 anymore" Akaashi said making Bokuto flinch "There there" said Kuroo "Why would you say all of that nice stuff just to tear my down!!?" Bokuto yelled at them

"So, what do you say Tsuki~?" I smiled at him "Tsk, let's get this over with" I walked with him and laughed

"So what's your name and position girlie?" Kuroo asked me "I'm Y/n and I play middle blocker and setter" I smiled 'OMFG KUROO JUST TALKED TO ME'

"Y/n? As in Y/n Hitoka?!" Yaku came through the door 'Oh fuck-' I smiled and scratched my head "Yeah" Kuroo and Bokuto interfered "Do you know her?" Yaku looked at them as if they grew 2 heads "Hello she's Y/n Hitoka the girl who went to London and won against Shiratorizawa's girl team!! She's like a LEGEND and she's one of the top setter in the nation!!" Yaku kept fanboying in front of me 'Well my title just keeps expanding as I keep knowing more and more people...' I sweatdropped

"And you didn't think to tell us this?!?!" Bokuto jumped in front of my with an amazed face "I didn't think it was a big deal?" He was flabbergasted "Not a big deal? IT'S A GREAT DEAL!!!" Kuroo joined

"Well she's not all that..." Tsukishima mumbled but I heard it "Care to say that out loud Tsuki~?" I looked at him as he flinched "I- I just told the truth" I smirked "Well if it's true then let's have a competition dear:)" he pushed his glasses up "I accept" was all he said

Teams were: Tsukishima, Bokuto and Akaashi, then Kuroo, Yaku and Me. Lev was actually doing laps around the school because he didn't do what Yaku told him to do. "Serves up!!" Bokuto yelled as he spiked the ball towards our side "I got it!" Yaku said as he passed the ball towards me "Kuroo!" I tossed the ball at him as he jumped to get it, he hits the ball making it barely touch Tsukishima's fingers

"Bokuto-san!" Akaashi said as he tossed the ball for Bokuto

"1,2,3, now!" Kuroo and I jumped blocking Bokutos view of the court 'He's gonna do the cross spike-' Kuroo reacted fast and moved his hands towards that space blocking the ball and giving us a point

"UEEIII!!!!" Kuroo cheered as I laughed "Serves ours!" I said while taking the ball "Do you actually know how to spike a ball?" Tsukishima asked mockingly "Of course I know how to spike a ball" I responded back 'My parents wanted the best so... I need to give them the best of me' I dribbled the ball a few times before throwing it into the sky, I ran a bit then jumped 'This feeling... is like no other!!' I felt my hand strike the ball leaving the palm red making it sting a bit but I loved it

The ball ended up on the other courts floor making everyone quiet "WOAAAHHH THAT WAS AMAZING!!!!" Bokuto jumped as he stared at me "Akaashi did you see that?!?!" He nodded as his eyes were slightly opened. I laughed a bit "Ready to lose Tsuki?!" He smirked "Never"

"Guys you need to close the gym it's almost 12!" One of Fukurodanis managers warned us "Oh shoot I need to check on my team!" I freaked out and grabbed all of my stuff "Thank you everyone, it was nice meeting you!!" I quickly left

"Woah, she's amazing!!" Bokuto praised in silence but Kuroo heard him and smirked "She's pretty hot too don't you think?" Bokuto blushed a bit and turned away making Kuroo laugh "Who would've know that she's a star... and better one than me at that level!?" Bokuto said to himself making his hair deflate a bit "Hey, you both play different positions and you both have special roles, you are the best spiker and she's the best setter, a setter needs a spiker as much as a spiker needs a setter" Akaashi said trying not to get Bokuto into his emo mode

"That's right! I am the best!!" The white haired boy laughed as he went out the gym

'I actually heard everything... I'm totally not dying right now because Kuroo called me hot...'

"Hey, it's you!" Someone said from behind me

"Oh hey Bokuto" I smiled 'Look guys it's my comfort character😭' I was mentally crying at the sight "Weren't you going to check on your team?" He asked "Yeah I just returned from there because I left my knee pads" I scratched the back of my head "You mean these pads?" He showed some f/c pads "Yeah those are the ones!" I grabbed them and thank him "No problem, I was actually going to look for you to take them to you but you beat me first" he laughed and so did I

"Care to join us at breakfast tomorrow?" Bokuto asked me "Uhh sure I'll catch up with y'all in the morning" I was about to leave but I stopped "Actually I won't have practice tomorrow afternoon because Nekoma and Shiratorizawa have a practice game tomorrow, so do you and your friends maybe can consider practicing again like today?" I asked as I fidget with my fingers "Sure, I would love that!" He smiled making my heart warm 'Tf- no' 

"Well... see you soon Bokuto" I smiled "Good night Hitoka!"

"Call me Y/n" I turned away then left

"Wow already making a move on her, huh Bokuto" Kuroo appears behind the bush

"I DID NOT!!" Bokuto yelled making Kuroo laugh "Yeah you didn't buddy~"
