Kidnapping and murders happens in almost every city, and most of the culprits are caught by the police, and get the punishment they deserve.
Michael (state of mind towards Gretelon) : Gretelon city is lost in the wicked and cursed shadow of Erebus. Children are being kidnapped every day in the city. The clouds of panic had spread across all over the city.
One day one of Michael's classmates died after being struck down the stairs. After that accident, Michael did not even wander around the stairs for a few weeks.
A few days after that accident, a rumor spread in the school that a child had seen a robber in the dense forests behind the school. As soon as this rumor echoed in Michael's ear, his panic doubled. He requested his father to drop out of school. His father sent him to his aunt's house for a few days thinking that Michael needed some time to recover from all these things.
