Willow's Perspective

"Why wouldn't Luz want to tell the owl lady about what happened to her?" I heard Gus asked. I looked over to him before looking back in front of me, making a sigh.

"I don't know, Luz has been weird lately and it's not her usual weird but a different kind of weird" I replied "I don't know what's going on in her head, and it honestly worries me"

"Wouldn't it be dangerous if we let Luz do things on her own?" Gus asked as a hint of concern quickly flashed in his eyes, making me sigh once again

"Let's just hope she's not thinking of something stupid, I know that she knows what she's doing but if something bad happens, we'll be there to back her up" I reassured Gus.

Luz better know what she's doing or I'm gonna be the one to do something about it

"I just hope Luz would find a way to stop the vampires from getting here, I can't keep myself for staying quiet about what Luz told us" Gus replied as his eyebrows bunched together "I just dont know how long we're gonna keep this from the owl lady"

"Keep what from me??" The both of us jolt up, getting startled by the voice who spoke. Gus and I turned around, only to find out that it was the owl lady.

"H-hey, Owl lady, w-whats up?" Gus stammered, pointing out finger guns at the owl lady

The owl lady looked up for a moment before looking back at us "The sky kid, now tell me, what were the two of you talking about?" She asked

"Talking? Willow and me talking? Pfft.. noo" Gus replied, making a nervous chuckle "We weren't talking about anything, did we talked about something? I don't think we did! No one's talking here about something"

I facepalmed myself while shaking my head slightly "OkayI'll leave you two now" The owl lady said, furrowing her brows while observing us as she leaves.

After the owl lady left, I looked at Gus raising my hands while my eyes were widened, giving a 'what the heck?' look

"What?" Gus asked, raising a brow

"Seriously?? Did you even tried not to be obvious??" I asked

"I did try, but the fear and guilt got me first" I sighed, looking at the direction where the owl lady left a while ago before looking back at Gus

"So, are you gonna come with me and follow Luz?" I asked, looking back at Gus as I jabbed my thumb towards the direction of the woods.

"I think I'll pass, my dad told me to help him with the camera or something" Gus replied, making me raise a brow in confusion

"Camera? Where did your dad even find a camera?" I asked

"Don't know, he just told me that he found it in the shack. My dad said that it looks like it's already been used but he doesn't remember having a camera. He's been trying to open it though but he doesn't seem to know how" Gus replied

"And you know how?" I crossed my arms over my chest, making a grin

He shook his head slightly for a moment before looking at me with his brow raised "Why do you look like you don't believe that I know how to open a camera?"

I let out a slight laugh "You? who doesn't even know how the light switch work? knows how to open a camera? Yeah, I doubt that" I chuckled

"Hey! I know how the light switch works!" He debated

"Oh yeah? Then why do you still need Luz's help when you need light whenever we go to your basement, when the switch is just right beside you?" I mentioned
